Zapier has made our workflows much easier!
What do you like best about the product?
Bein able to use Zapier to help with automation, has increased our efficiencies as a company and team. We are able to reach out to leads faster, and have tasks set for follow up when a lead takes a certain action.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are delays or sluggish times for Zapier. It does need monitoring, as sometimes the zaps stop working and need to be troubleshot. When it stops working, it's a house of cards!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Zapier to documents information onto different internal platforms and CRMs. This gives us usable information without manually entering it. We also use it for autotexting leads, which is a game changer.
A user-friendly, flexible, and versatile tool with tons of integrations.
What do you like best about the product?
One of the most helpful things about Zapier is its ability to save time and increase productivity by automating tasks that would otherwise require manual input.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Zapier offers a free plan with limited features, more robust automation workflows may require a paid plan. The cost of a paid plan can add up quickly if you need Zapier for more than just a few simple integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier helps me automate repetitive tasks and integrate with multiple web applications, increasing my productivity and efficiency. It allows me to integrate with other applications that don't have native integrations. Without Zapier, I'd have to do a lot of manual data entry.
Hidden gem to help organize your life
What do you like best about the product?
I like how the templates already exist for many popular programs I use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the automation would give me back errors linked to Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing my business and life together so I can prioritize my time better
Nothing else connects all your tools together. Without this tool I would waste hundreds of hours.

The intergration with all other platforms is crazy, you can do what ever you want or need for your business
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to know when a zap fails, like an alert in slack or something like that so I know. I do get an email but that isn't enough.

ZAPIER, AN EFFECTIVE MARKETING SOLUTION
What do you like best about the product?
zapier is a large Zaps creation studio in close collaboration with the majority of reputable social networks. Zaps Triggers accelerate message deliverability performance thanks to their different types of connections associated with its application engine. Very few professionals have not yet had the pleasure of discovering this innovative service. It was fashionable to talk about it here so that we let ZAPIER do its job of promoting and publishing our ZAPS to systematically targeted audiences
What do you dislike about the product?
The data management and connection computer system of this tool seems to me a bit complex from creating an account to connecting with other social channels of integration.
But at this level, it is clear that the free package does not help much at this level of interest.
To kick things into high gear with Zapier, it's best to establish a budget upgrade to start seeding real results.
In my opinion, there is nothing negative to complain about at the moment, Zapier is more of a high-level digital marketing booster within booming businesses.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In terms of obvious benefits, I must here admit that the saving of time is of the first order; This unimaginable machine performs tasks, the most absobate in real time, Whether it's the automation of emailing campaigns, video posts, SMS to said team members, drunk event announcements, I assure you, it's an excellent gain never encountered in several other systems where the manual presence is so legitimate.

A Magical Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to integrate programs together to reduce manual work and therefore minimize human error is life changing!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not always user-friendly and some aspects do require some serious learning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting programs that don't natively talk, helping to reduce by workload and ensure accurate data across all platforms.
Connecting all of my databases and lead generation
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to connect different systems and move data from place to place in a workflow. Set things up and automate the processes you used to do manually. Very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it bugs up or drops the connection and you have to reconnect your elements. It could be better by having more troubleshooting. If a person leaves a space in their email for example.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a leads generation flow between my CRM and my MA platform and other systems in our environment. Makes me more productive because I don't have to follow it.
Nearly perfect, but missing some integrations
What do you like best about the product?
We love Zapier for automating and pathing critical alerts to the right people and channels across our organization. It's beneficial across the Google space and Slack in particular.
What do you dislike about the product?
As mentioned in the review headline, Zapier is only as great as its system integrations. We have some industry, and business-specific tools we wish were offered as partners with Zapier integrations. Hopefully, this will happen soon!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier is at its best for our organization when it is finding and funneling relevant information from alias inboxes to the right audience. It's increasing our response and resolution times across the business!
Easy to setup and use
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it was easy to setup the connection initially. The user interface is simple and straightforward, and makes setting up triggers and actions in a step by step flow extremely simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that there were insufficient triggers for my use case of automating data ingestion into google sheets from posthog. There was only 1 trigger which was not enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The business problem I'm trying to solve is that I was tasked to build a dashboard for product usage on google sheets. The product usage data comes from posthog and so a data pipeline is needed to send the data to google sheets.
