What do you like best about the product?
It really helps me to automate my process from google sheets to mailmodo for collecting and importing them. Easy to integrate and use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much but yes if they can help in prebuilt templates and process really help to setup things faster or if they can integrate with AI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manual work makes me faster, saves my time by automating process.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's intuitive and brings together so many of the technologies I use. It really helps me save time and maximize efficiency as I manage my small team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features took a bit of time to understand and, internally, we have a lot of barriers to integration from IT. Another complaint is that I can't seem to figure out how to send automated messages more than 30 days delayed without making prior integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of centralizing our data from training surveys and our Learning Management System. It also automates our attendance records and follow-up email strategy.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that when it works, it is simple and efficient, I can see data added to my repository live and it's satisfying to have the data transfer without my having to do it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't find the help supports very helpful; most are short, vague steps on how to complete tasks but not really how to troubleshoot. I struggle to find relevant support for the issues I'm experiencing. I wish there was more education or resources for new users to learn because "Hire an Expert" is all I see.

This tool is not cheap, and the way they market "tasks" is pretty deceptive as one zap can use ten or more tasks, not to mention if you have a filter set, each time the zap filters out irrelevant zaps, it still uses the same amount of tasks as a successful Zap. Last month I blasted through a month's worth of tasks in 2 days, not realizing how quickly they were being used until I received the 80% warning.

This is my second month using Zapier, and I truly can't see myself continuing. I'm a team of one, and the time I have to spend troubleshooting, checking and double checking, and re working zaps it's honestly just as fast for me to do it manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It should help me solve the gap between various software tools. However, instead of time spent pulling data into these tools, I now spend my time testing, troubleshooting, and reworking my zaps.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that if an issue ever comes up, you are notified. It saves me a lot of time with administrative tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Errors/Issues. Sometimes there are errors that I can't figure out. The notification is not precise enough.

It's solving administrative problems. I can input data in one place and Zapier helps me duplicating that data wherever I want and the amount of times I please

Zapier has helped me and my team automate an abundence of tasks throughout the years of us using it. They have loads of integrations and it's super easy to setup.

While they have a large number of integrations there are a fair few that they still don't work with.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Zapier because the platform has more than 5000+ apps that we can integrate with each other using very simple triggers and actions. Zapier has built a lot of productivity apps, which is the cherry on top of the cake as it solves a lot of integration/automation use cases. Even if an app doesn't exist on Zapier, Webhooks by Zapier can be used to support those apps to build workflow or automation. In a nutshell, it's an awesome application with endless possibilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Zapier UI is a bit slow, with room for performance improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps automate manual tasks by providing an intuitive UI and numerous possibilities. Zapier helps automate complex manual tasks, which can be time-consuming and laborious. In short, it helps increasing the overall productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
Endless automation opportunities -- whatever you imagine, it's possible to automate it with the help of Zapier. I use it to set up Slack notifications for Google Forms, create Slack reminders for different purposes, generate email drafts based on events, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really -- I even like their newsletter because it comes full of useful automation tips & tricks, their doc pages are reeealy detailed and explain everything you need to know.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Setting up Slack reminders for me and my team members
- Generating email drafts based on different events
- Slack notifications for Google Sheet changes and Google Form submissions

Maximise efficiency with Zapier

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy to use and robust Zapier is. The ability to easily connect, automate and configure over 3000 different programs into automated workflows with just a few clicks saves me so much time! The free plan allows you to complete one hundred tasks every month, which is also budget friendly. I also like the fact that my data is kept safe while using their platform, allowing secure access when needed most. Overall, the ease of use combined with its extensive features makes Zapier an amazing tool worth exploring further
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the fact that Zapier's alert system does not give us fine-grained control over which Zaps receive alerts. It would be more helpful if we could specifically choose which zaps send alerts, making it easier and quicker to troubleshoot a faulty zap. Also, I hope you will soon develop an improved way to find our available integrations, so that this can be done more quickly and with less effort.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm grateful for Zapier because it simplifies the workflow between the database and the customer relationship management application, which are not directly integrated.
