Empowers Creative Solutions with Unmatched API Access
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier is a tool that inspires high-creativity solutions building. The accessibility of 8k+ API-based proprietary (and even public) data gives tremendous power to the users and builders of Business solutions
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes a data pull just won't work and you have to rely on the AI to solve the problem for you but it can be highly adept at fixing workflow errors so that is good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I also use the Zapier email system to feed my CRM with a simple email when I cannot bother to log into the CRM while traveling and doing direct sales that prevent me from fussing around on a mobile device with the often challenging CRM system

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to connect the apps I already use to one another, and complete multiple actions from one input (status change, etc.)
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be complicated or overwhelming until you figure out how certain inputs work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier is allowing us to automate our Sales and Production software, as well as connect it to other third-party apps we use to run multiple actions at once. It saves time and manual input, creating a faster and more seamless workflow for us and our customers.

Versatile and Efficient, But Requires Caution with Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
Large variety of modules to swap in and out, if it has an API and is in use by a significant number of users then I'd bet its available. It can both save time and increase efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
Be warned, you can easily blow things up like your calendar or your email box. Even following guides and its warnings, there are still things (like a calendar series) that can trip things up and make it work in unexptected ways.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building bridges and integrating efficiently my personal and professional. Giving me piece of mind that I don't have to worry about whether I have access or if my availability is current.
Excellent Integrations, But Interface Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Compatibility with... everything. nearly every service worth using has some sort of data flow thru zapier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dated, clunky interface. It's hard to find older zaps I've made.

What do you like best about the product?
Overall, I have been able to set up and maintain some fairly simple Zaps without much trouble. I’m very pleased with how easily I’ve managed to integrate different tools and automate various tasks successfully.
What do you dislike about the product?
As someone without a background in technology, I sometimes find the instructions for fixing my mistakes a bit difficult to understand. While I can usually resolve most issues by looking up translations of the error messages, I am aware that there is much more I could accomplish with this if I had greater technical skills.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have set up several record-keeping tasks that allow me to copy content from one system to another.
I have had a good experience with using Zapier.

It has a difficult learning curve, usually I work with our software developer on this.

What do you like best about the product?
Easily transfer data between apps that don't have native integrations, eliminating the need for manual data entry.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit of a learning curve for non technical users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've used it to export certain fields from Gong calls and sync to Google Sheets, which was not possible with the native Gong platform itself.

Being able to take care of my clients in a customized way because of the functionality that zapier gives me

The email parser UI could use some upgrading. But we still use it with no issues

It has taken my business to the next level and has taken a lot of work off of my plate and allowed me to focus on other important things.

Sometimes I struggle with finding where all my zaps live, but that's mainly because I go long stretches without logging in since they really are set it and forget it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing me to send text communications to my clients automatically which is super helpful and saves me time. I use it mainly for client communications and onboarding so I am able to have really complex workflows without a lot of work from me in the moment which is nice.
