Integrate your workflow with Zapier
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier has lots of integration and it is very useful to connect with other apps for automation. This process doesn't require any coding and it is very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is about price. The price distribution for different licenses is very costly. Moreover, the features are beneficial to automate our workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier can achieve to integrate the apps with zero coding for users. It helps me to combine my tool with other tools to bring additional features to my tool. It helps me to automate my workflow.
I got a 1-year subscription but never used it - found it really difficult
What do you like best about the product?
The possibility of saving time by automatizing processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I tried to set up my account a couple of times. I spent about two days each time, and I could not achieve what I wanted. I got really frustrated. I was using automate.io, and that software worked just fine, and the support team was really helpful. With Zapier I did not have the same experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wanted to automate certain things, as I used to do with automate.io (for example, link Notion databases with my Google calendar to set appointments or send an e-mail or text-message each time a client schedules an appointment. But I never could do it.
Take advantage of its ability to act as a hub for multiple applications.
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier's most impressive feature is its versatility and ease of use. You can quickly create automated workflows tailored to your needs without any programming experience or technical knowledge, automating tedious tasks with just a few clicks. With Zapier, organizations have the freedom to configure complex systems without dedicating additional resources to development teams, which translates directly into increased efficiency in problem solving or process implementation while maintaining security standards.
What do you dislike about the product?
I appreciate the convenience that Zapier provides when it comes to connecting disparate applications and services, but I have found its scheduling feature for multi-step tasks to be unreliable. Instead of relying on Zapier's calendar integration in this situation, I would strongly recommend using your help desk software's native scheduling tools, as they will provide a much more reliable result.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier has been a huge help for my team. By automating our tedious, time-consuming mailings, it takes the stress out and allows us to focus on more important tasks.

Zapier is able to connect with thousands of application together without creating complicated API codes. It easy to use with people with less technical knowledge and aslo it saves time by automating most repetitive tasks in the company. Zapier customer support team has been available and able to help us whenever we are stack.

Zapier price is higher depending on use case.

Zapier is able to connect without most products without creating complicated API codes. It easy to automate repetitive tasks and their customer support are very helpful and have fully knowledge about this product . It aslo easy for people with less technical knowledge to use this application without much training.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Zapier is that it connects many different kinds of apps, even those you didn't previously think could be connected, to aid marketing automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zapier can become complicated when you're matching up properties from different apps to connect them, but it's all part of the process when it comes to marketing automation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zapier with HubSpot, which supports many different apps but the out-of-the-box integrations don't offer the kind of freedom and customisation that Zapier does.
Zapier is an incredible no-code automation tool that anyone can use!

Easy step-by-step automation tool that allows me to integrate with multiple platforms and be more productive in everyday life.
What do you dislike about the product?
Slow to bring on emerging software which can stall projects or raise the need for a fullstack developer to assist.

Allowing us to integrate client platforms to better improve productivity and processes at a cost-effective price.
Great for bringing apps that don't integrate into alignment
What do you like best about the product?
It just is the best way to connect apps that don't already integrate. I even sometimes link two apps to google sheets to link apps that don't already link
What do you dislike about the product?
Some apps aren't supported, which is annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notifications and internal business processes that just wouldn't be possible with these connections.

I love the way it does integrations and all the possibilities it offers.

There isn't a lot about zapier that I don't like. The way it manages teams sometimes is not ideal.

Zapier helps us integrate all our applications smoothly.

Zapier provides easy access with automation. As a user, it is very beneficial to receive emails and data from leads. Especially with our business type, we really need to reach out to leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, I experience delays with the responses we receive or messages sent to our leading platform, which is inconvenient in our day-to-day since we receive complaints for late responses.

Easy to use automated communication system. It helps us in receiving real-time communication from our leads. It helps us to be more productive and efficient in our work.
Zapier is great for quick custom zaps that save time
What do you like best about the product?
The step by step method of setting up a zap is what is most useful-- being able to easily connect different apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
There as small permissions issues that need to be fixed with Zapier. For example, FB page permissions when trying to turn a zap on. This needs to be clearly explained and not in a vague error message.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier helps me send leads in an automated fashion through the platform to client emails and phone numbers.
