Reliable Lead Automation and Seamless Integrations with Zapier

  • December 12, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier has proven to be a highly effective tool for automating the flow of leads from LinkedIn into our admissions software, Meritto. What stands out most is Zapier’s reliability in handling integrations between platforms that otherwise do not connect natively. This has helped us eliminate manual data entry, reduce errors, and ensure that leads are captured in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Handling more complex workflows—such as conditional branching or data transformations—still requires careful configuration and can feel limited compared to full scripting environments. Error messages, while helpful, are not always specific enough to pinpoint the exact cause, especially when issues occur at the API level of third-party tools. Additionally, as lead volume scales, the cost of higher-tier plans becomes an important factor to evaluate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier has become a dependable integration layer at ISDM, ensuring smooth, automated ingestion of LinkedIn leads into Meritto and reducing operational overhead. It helps maintain data accuracy, improves turnaround time for admissions follow-ups, and gives IT greater control over how systems connect. With enhanced debugging features and more advanced transformation capabilities, it could become an even stronger part of our automation infrastructure.

Great for Automation, but Complex for Large Workflows

  • December 11, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I used Zapier for automation with some social media channels, and being my first time using this type of software, it's good for working. I like the automation work that this software offers and its capability to integrate many features. The initial setup of Zapier was simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
It becomes complex and messy when working with many apps, making it hard to track, debug, and organize large interconnected workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zapier for automating social media channels which helps me as a first-time user. It automates tasks without needing integrations of many features.

Seamless Integrations and Powerful Customization

  • December 11, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like all the different connections I can integrate. And not just that, I can also define really specific steps. Finally, having the ability to test the action with test data before publishing changes is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use it so much that sometimes I need to pay extra for the extra tasks (and sometimes I upgrade to the next tier)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I run social media campaigns that collect hundreds of names and emails using two different platforms. Using the integrations and automatic actions, I can have both databases synced and add different tags.

Zapier: Effortless Automation That Empowers Teams

  • December 10, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier has been the standard in app automation for quite some time. I'm familiar with their platform, and it has grown in ways that are easy to integrate into that understanding and to continue to use going forward.

Zapier was great for allowing our teams to create additional functionality and value for our customers around our product, and took burden off the product team to implement bespoke workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides are very limited. Occasionally there may be a website that is hard to parse for that particular plugin or some small edge case, but Zapier does a nice job of allowing you to rerun and edit the failed zaps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier extends the reach of our product by allowing automation of workarounds and add-ons where we haven't yet been able to build functionality that customers want. Or, leveraging Zapier allows us to do that more efficiently and refocus our product teams on building novel features. That flexibility is Gold.

Zapier Streamlined Our Workflow Automation

  • December 10, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Eliminated the manual reviewing of orders placed on our website and also eliminated the manual creation of creating payment links to end users
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a bit confusing to use at first, and also the copilot was not very helpful. Additionally, we did have some issues where we set up two different flows, but once an order was created instead of sending one automated response it created multiple responses so that the end users was getting multiple emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Zapier was useful in helping our team to automate workflows because it meant that someone wasn’t sitting in their monitoring the email inbox and also monitoring another third-party app called Eventbrite. It automated sending the payment plans to the user once a ticket order was placed.

Zapier’s AI Automation Makes Integration Effortless

  • December 09, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier is amazing. The ability to connect nearly any software you can imagine to another is one of the greatest tools we have available. The AI automation builder is genuinely helpful, unlike many other platforms that integrate AI. You can tell it what you want to accomplish, and it successfully gets 80% of the way there most of the time. It can be really easy to implement, depending on what your use case is; often, it's harder to get the API for the connections you want than it is to actually set up the Zap. We use Zapier every single day in terms of the automations working, and usually update or create new zaps on a weekly basis. It's really easy to integrate with thousands of tools and software, most of which only require a quick SSO login without any complicated API connections required.
What do you dislike about the product?
You need to be careful with the way your Zaps are set up to ensure you don't go into overage credits, and I would prefer if Zapier had the 'pause zaps when over credits' enabled by default, but that is more of a user error issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier allows us to connect websites, databases, email software, Google Forms, and other data sources to each other so that we have unified reporting and data. It also allows us to automate processes that normally would take much longer to do manually.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier is the gold standard for business automation using no code and is an incredible platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little hard to do super complicated workflows and to navigate with them, but other than that, it's amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
automation automating our business using a no code tool that we can do without a developer coding a custom solution together.

Effortless System Integration with Broad App Compatibility

  • December 09, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it simplifies the problem of trying to connect two systems together. The list of apps that are compatible is really appealing. I have used it in two different roles and businesses as there is always a need for it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how it takes a while to troubleshoot a problem. It's hard to train on this platform if something was to go wrong with the zap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is connecting two systems to allow for automation to run in the background in regards to customer contact, saving the front line team time.
