Saves Time with Minor Workflow Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Zapier saves me time by automating my work and repetitive tasks daily, which is a significant time saver. I appreciate its ability to connect different apps, allowing tasks to run automatically once set up, eliminating the need to switch between tools constantly. I particularly value the email integrations for handling repetitive tasks automatically, enabling me to focus on more critical work instead of busywork. The initial setup was pretty smooth, with most templates working out of the box, making it user-friendly and convenient from the start.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find setting up some Zaps a bit tricky, which can be a challenge when initially configuring workflows. Additionally, Zapier can be slow with triggers, and there are instances where it fails silently, especially with complex workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zapier to automate my work and repetitive tasks, saving me time daily. It connects apps, reducing the need to switch between tools, and lets me focus on meaningful work instead of busywork.
Easy Integrations and Reliability, But Limited Local Compatibility

Very easy to create integrations. Very reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dos not work with some local softwares (Brazil) and the price.

Zapier connected Facebook Leads to several CRM and Google Sheets. So that I could get a notification when I got a lead.

It's easy to over-trust that it's working and that can cause delays when things change and automations fail.

This is by far the best and most user-friendly automation software I have ever used. The interface is highly intuitive and clear, which makes it approachable even for those who are new to automation tools. Setting everything up is quick and simple, and whenever I encounter any issues, the support team is always easy to reach and responds without delay. I depend on this platform every day for a variety of tasks and campaigns, and integrating it with other software is just as seamless. The platform offers a rich set of features that help with a wide range of tasks, significantly improving my workflow efficiency.

When it comes to automations, Zapier has the best range of plug-and-play connections. There's a better chance than not that Zapier works with your tech stack. This makes Zapier easier to use than some other solutions

The price - Zapier is one of the more expensive automation tools. It also has less flexibility than some others int terms of coding things for yourself.

What do you like best about the product?
I can connect different software programs that would otherwise need a lot of manual work, and this also eliminates the possibility of human error entirely.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing of tasks per month is a little high
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending ads data from Meta to our CRM for lead management, and being able to tag duplicate leads. We also use it to drag leads in from other places and check to see if they already exist, and just update them if so instead of creating a duplicate.
We’ve also used it for a variety of different tasks, automating some of our smart systems (LEDs, fans etc) as well as webhooks, it’s very robust.
