Zapier saves you from breaking your head over integrations

What do you like best about the product?
When I started automating my workflow, I set it up so that every new contact in our form would be added to Google Sheets, trigger a Slack notification, and create a contact in Mailchimp. It only took me a few minutes and I honestly felt like a huge weight was getting off our shoulders. The key for everything to work smoothly is that we don’t have to touch the code. In addition, the library of applications that already have built-in is super useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did spend some time figuring out why certain Zaps wouldn’t fire. Wrapping my head around Paths and Filters took longer than I expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One example that really stuck with me: we had a product launch where every form submission needed to instantly become an actionable lead. I set it up so the entry created a row in Google Sheets, sent out a welcome email, pinged the sales team on Slack, and dropped a follow-up task in Asana. Zero manual work, zero copy-paste. That automation was a lifesaver—without it we’d have been drowning in data checks and coordination.

What do you like best about the product?
You can quickly wire together some automations. And with Zapiers new AI coding features, you can even vibe code some more complicated automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Eventually it gets a bit pricey (compared to make.com, for example)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have several business processes where we need to send data from A to B, send some internal notification, write some data to other places, or simply enrich or combine mutliple data. Zapier allows us to do that, without engineering invovlement.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Zapier makes automating tasks super easy—connect apps, set it up once, and it just works in the background.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can get pricey if you need lots of Zaps, and complex workflows can be tricky to debug.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier solves the problem of manual, repetitive work by connecting all my apps and automating tasks between them. It saves me a lot of time, reduces errors, and lets me focus on more important things instead of copy-pasting or switching between tools constantly.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Zapier is honestly how it takes all the boring, repetitive tasks off your plate. You know how you have to manually copy data from one app to another? Zapier does that for you automatically .
What do you dislike about the product?
The free plan is limited after that you to buy . And amount is increasing as ours usage increases .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier is helping a lot . It is doing automate daily task and sheet creation. It is reducing effort for us and help us to focus on the other things .

It can automate everything and can give you result in minutes, it can create powerful apps, websites or even help us on our daily task which can be automated

It takes time to understand the tool as it has lot of features to explore so sometimes can be overwhelming for someone who tries to use.

What do you like best about the product?
The history feature is fantastic for identifying if there is any issues with a run and exactly what caused it. You can then fix the problem and re-run it saving so much time from manually taking over. It's so easy to set up new workflows with an endless amount of tools to integrate I'm constantly increasing the amount of automation we have
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the limited functions within an integration can be frustrating but that's often caused by the company you're connecting to rather than Zapier
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's completely changed our marketing approach where we can send much more targeted marketing at scale without needing to resort to generic newsletters. We've also sped up our outreach so when someone completes a form we can have a personalised response back to them faster than it would take someone to check their email.

Better discovery of apps and their purpose

What do you like best about the product?
UI/UX. I find setting up flows quite easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Room for improvement:
1. Better documentation to enable faster discovery of right app integration. Quite convinced this may improve retention.
2. There could perhaps be a better way to summarize your flows. When reviewing complex automations (like complex content posting flows) there is a decent chance you might overlook options/variables and post unintended content on a wrong channel as a consequence.
3. More integrations, though this may be intentional considering the pace of development

What do you like best about the product?
Across app integration to speed up and automate processes. We use it together with Monday, google drive and Signrequest. We use it daily and the new AI and Agent tools are currently in the process of being implemented
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not that much flexibility regarding plans. We are in limbo, using around 3000 tasks on average. The plans are either 2k or 5k.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us automate work intense tasks that are very repetitive.

Automation Made Easy

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use interface, and literally millions of ways you can set up automations. Currently using it to autopopulate spreadsheets, and the time I save is endless!
What do you dislike about the product?
The free limit is a bit low for my workload, and there is no alert for when I run out of zaps at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s solving HR data entry, and the automation of work processes without having to think about the next step for my team.
