What do you like best about the product?
absolutely love zapier for SO many different reasons but ease of use is absolutely 1 best reason to use Zapier

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it connects 2 MS apps to easily! The Power Automate with MS is not as user friendly and Zapier has helped me connect multiple MS Excel files to send messages to MS Teams with just a few clicks!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the zaps that I have created between MS Excel & MS Teams seem to stop working whenever I manually update the Excel file which then causes me to have to re-create the same Zap. Fortunately, I am aware that this happens and just haven't had time to dig deeper into the cause.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to send data to my team when we sell a new policy. This gives the team a glance at where we are in our production goals without me have to manually go into each Excel file.

What do you like best about the product?
How it integrates with everything! The Customer support is fantastic, and the frequency with which our business uses it speaks to its effectiveness. The number of features is so well thought out. The ease of use and implementation are a no-brainer.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not free, but I understand why, because they put a lot of thought into this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting notifications from so many platforms and Zapier putting it all in one easy place.

the Goldilocks of iPaaS
What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like most about Zapier is the speed at which I can build. It’s the fastest platform I’ve found for quickly creating and testing ideas. There’s a lot of configurability possible, but sometimes I just need to take an hour, build something quick and dirty, to see if it works. Zapier makes that incredibly easy with little nuances like being able to test each step independently from within the step, reuse past runs as sample data, or enter your own.
When I joined Klue, I initially planned to replace Zapier, now it’s become my staple building platform. It’s also incredibly inexpensive for what it is. We’re always evaluating our tech stack with each renewal, and the closest competitor still costs 3–4x more, which means we can basically ignore cost as a factor when we build. For example, we run a 10 step workflow on every completed call to scan for different bits of information and log it appropriately which would be cost-prohibitive with any other platform.

It doesn't look as flashy as some of the newer platform and the amount integrations available can be intimidating to newer users trying to learn the platform.

Like most tech companies, we have a stack full of great tools — but the way we work is unique, and no single platform could ever build for those specifics out of the box. Zapier lets us tap into the APIs of all our platforms and hyper-customize our stack to match how we operate. It seamlessly passes information from one platform to another, allowing everything to function like a unified ecosystem.
Best Automation Tool Which save lot of Time for Repetative Tasks
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier connect most of different platform at one place which make it easy to do automation related tasks like trasnfer form data to google sheet & we can add filters as well before sending data to google sheet.

pricing is little bit higher compare to other similar platforms

Its provide to connect all platform under one roof like website, data transfer to google sheet, slack to get notification whenever get new form submission or sale & so on.

The amount of automation tools with popular programs. Even if the program itself isn't available, there are still options to make it work.

Lacking a real mobile application experience.

Takes away greatly the manual work. Automatic reminders, uploading or updating data where needed, and enhancing productivirty.
