Very useful if you know how to use it right
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can almost make any platform work together by coding it to the other one.
What do you dislike about the product?
The coding part is VERY complex and it should be made alot easier for people who dont do this everyday. I also dislike that the zaps break so easy some times. I have had it break and it loops and used up 100's of credits within 2 min of a zap looping
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining processes and aligning them to avoid creating additional work. Integrating information into our CRM ensures that we don't have to manually type or copy and paste information that has already been entered.
Intuitive and time saving
What do you like best about the product?
It's so simple to use and it's great at following logic. The built-in Copilot feature is also a great resource for when you're stuck
What do you dislike about the product?
It does require some logic, so if you aren't used to thinking about order of opertation in that way it can be tricky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It reduces the need to perform large, time-consuming, repetitive tasks or small, less frequent, tedious tasks.
Nice tool for automation
What do you like best about the product?
Setting up different zaps/automations is fairly easy. There are multiple features that allow me to test each step along the way as I build out these automations. Typically check it every other day and I get notifications when errors occur.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm running into issues with Square Appointments - sometimes new appointments aren't getting pulled into Zapier, which doesn't trigger the automation. So there are things I have to check manually in on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
saves me time on longer projects and keeps me more productive

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to automate almost anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take some time to get your head around building effecient zaps.

It has basically reduced the need for an admin assistant. It has taken so much work off my assistant's plate, freeing up his time and mine, to spend more of our time on our clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier makes it incredibly easy to connect apps that don’t natively integrate it saves me hours each week by automating repetitive tasks. I really like the wide range of supported apps and the fact that I can set up complex automations without coding.

Some of the more advanced features are locked behind higher pricing tiers, which can feel limiting for small teams.

Zapier helps us eliminate manual data entry and repetitive admin tasks by automating workflows across apps that don’t natively integrate. This saves time, reduces errors, and allows our team to focus on higher-value work. For example, leads from our CRM automatically sync into marketing tools, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
Solves most automations that don't come out of the box
What do you like best about the product?
Whenever there isn't a native automation, Zapier tends to come to the rescue. Their support team has been helpful when needed as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I suppose it would be nice if the AI could be a bit smarter and do a better job of building the foundation for Zaps. I tend to have to use a separate AI tool to troubleshoot when things go wrong.

Like I said before, it's really the tool that fills the gaps that are software suit is missing.
Easy to work with
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Zapier is how easy it makes automation and connecting different apps. It helps me save time by reducing repetitive tasks, keeps my workflows organized, and gives me the flexibility to create solutions without needing to code.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don’t like about Zapier is that some advanced features or integrations are limited to higher plans, which can be challenging for small projects. However, overall the platform is very useful.

Zapier is solving the problem of repetitive manual tasks and the need to constantly switch between different apps. By automating these processes, it saves me time, reduces errors, and allows me to focus on more important work.
Convenience and Efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to automate actions that otherwise are time-consuming and inconvenient. Our Zap runs several times every day, which saves a lot of time, copy/pasting information and repetitive actions.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would like to have a mid-plan between Pro and Team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We created zaps to integrate our ERP in Salesforce with Trello. When some actions occur in Salesforce, new cards get automatically created in Trello with some information carried over from a Salesforce object. Because of this automation we don't need to manually create new cards in Trello, we just update them. We can also update the status in Salesforce when Trello cards get moved from one list to another one.

What do you like best about the product?
It saves me many hours of time consuming and repetitive steps every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I have not found any! I am more than satisfied with everything I have asked Zapier to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I produce radio programming and part of the service I offer is posting content on many individual WordPress sites. Until I started using Zapier, I had to do that manually and it took a lot of time. Now, it is done in the background automatically and it saves me a ton of time each day!
Easy to use and delivers what is needed everytime.
What do you like best about the product?
No chaos implementations and a great tool to save your processes and time.
What do you dislike about the product?
High price based on zaps tasks. Every task costs something so becomes expensive for new companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our reminders are triggered from website to zapier and then to omnisend and wati and best part is ease of making any changes and no development needed.
