Do it yourself and make it easy

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier has helped me automate a lot of boring and tedious tasks, which has really boosted my productivity in other areas. They offer a wide range of options for creating workflows and automations. There are also tutorials and helpful information available if you get stuck at any point. Integrating an automation is quite easy, even if you aren't a developer. The options and the interface are intuitive, allowing you to test things continuously. I love using it—it makes me feel creative!
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to pay a subscription to access all the main features is something I think most people dislike. Still, Zapier does offer free automations, though they are not very complex, which at least lets you try out the service and see how useful it can be. I would appreciate if the free version included a few more advanced workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By helping to solve time-consuming and repetitive tasks, this tool offers a variety of options that you can incorporate into your daily routine, ultimately boosting your productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
I want to congratulate the Zapier team for the excellent stability and efficiency of the platform. I have been using several Zaps to automate processes between different applications, and the performance has been flawless. The interface is clear, intuitive, and makes it easy to optimize complex workflows. Without a doubt, it’s an essential tool for improving productivity.

I’ve been using Zapier to connect Gmail, Google Drive, and Monday.com, and the performance has been smooth at all times. The precision with which the Zaps execute and the clarity of the monitoring dashboard make the experience very satisfying. Truly a solid solution for business automation.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how intuitive Zapier is. Setting up automations takes very little effort, and the integrations fit seamlessly into our internal workflows. We use it to connect CRMs with platforms like Xero — so when a customer action is completed, the related tasks are automatically fulfilled without any manual intervention. The visibility into each step makes it easy to monitor and adjust if needed, but honestly, everything just works smoothly. It’s a dependable tool that saves our team both time and effort.

Honestly, there isn’t much to dislike. It’s been reliable and easy to manage, even as I’ve added more automations over time.

Zapier helps me connect different CRMs and tools like Xero, automating the data flow between them without any manual effort. For example, when a customer action is completed, the related tasks and updates are triggered automatically through Zapier. It’s eliminated a lot of repetitive admin work and ensures information stays accurate and consistent across platforms. What do you like best about the product?
We're using Zapier to automate all our business process. Being an SME we can't afford hiring a whole IT department. We have an IT team of one person. But thanks to Zapier we have automated a big part of our business process in no time and continue to make improvements here and there on a weekly basis. The super wide menu of integrations is amazing :)
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, it works wonderfully :) :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier is helping us make sure all our accounting, financial and operational data is centralized, tidy, and easy to access. And it helps us achieve this with little added effort, as most of the data collection is now being done through a bunch of automations (many of them leveraging the ChatGPT integration).

What do you like best about the product?
Automation without coding has reduced various tasks. The most impactful result is the reduction of hundreds of hours annually, which is highly significant.
I'm not an engineer, but I've mastered using AI and other tools without needing guidance from anyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
・Japanese language support is not available.
・There is no integration with the "form.run" survey system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation has eliminated human intervention by automating repetitive mechanical tasks. This has led to reduced labor costs, such as eliminating the need for non-regular employment.

What do you like best about the product?
I love zapier’s ability to connect all my tools, like Trello and Google Sheets with zero coding is a game changer. The drag and drop interface is so intuitive that I can set up complex automations, like pulling new leads from a Typeform into my CRM and sending personalized follow up emails, in under 10 minutes. The pre built templates and AI suggestions make it feel like I have a tech assistant guiding me every step.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the task limits on my plan feel restrictive, especially when i am running multiple Zaps for a big campaign, and I wish the pricing was clearer upfront about scaling costs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier eliminates the headache of manually moving data between apps, which used to eat up hours of my day as a freelance marketer. By automating tasks like updating client records across platforms and sending Slack alerts for new form submissions, it’s slashed my busywork by at least 15 hours a week. This has let me take on three extra clients this quarter, boosting my revenue by 30% while keeping my workflows error free and my stress levels way down.

What do you like best about the product?
Tons of integrations, easy to work with, and excellent customer support!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything that I dislike about Zapier. Occasionally, I come across an integration that is lacking some triggers or actions, but that's usually on the vendor's side of things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating processes and getting information to flow to where I need it (e.g., offline conversion data from CallRail back to Google Ads).

What do you like best about the product?

What do you like best about the product?
I love the amount of integrations in have with so many tools even obscure ones.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price and usage can get quite expensive though it does have the most integrations so sometimes you are stuck with it.

Zapier has helped me build tons of automations to connect softwares for me as well as for clients when I do web design work.
