What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy it is to use, along with the vast range of capabilities and connections it offers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s nothing I dislike about Zapier. It meets all of our business needs and works exactly as we require.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier has enabled us to automate many aspects of our Program, Marketing, and IT operations. Prior to using Zapier, we had to handle much more manual work, such as tracking tasks and sending updates to customers ourselves.
Excelent automation tool
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier is super easy to use, very reliable, connect a huge number of apps and can automate things perfectly. The custom actions also significantly expanded the automations possibilities. I used daily on my work and my team is much more productive because of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although there are many apps already in zapier, sometimes I find one that is still not in there
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Avoiding manual work, making analytics easier and faster to display, providing alerts for concerning cenarios on our operations, among others
Best for automating practically everything
What do you like best about the product?
How it is to use it. That was the most important thing at the beginning for me, later it helped to quickly build automations for others in the company and have the ability to explain them how it works without the need of going into technicall stuff.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes some apps have limitations in the integrations. It's not directly mistake by Zapier but in the end it forces me to use more advanced tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating things, that needs to be automated to save time and people from doing boring tasks.
Zapier always stays one step ahead of the competition!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that when working with a client, we can use Zapier for all of the AI agentic tasks, including data storage (Tables) and email (Email by Zapier) without going through the contortions associated with linking Google applications. That's a HUGE win for my clients and for me!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm annoyed that I have to turn to n8n for more sophisticated agentic apps. But with OpenAI's latest agentic AI announcement, that may not be as big a deal. We'll see...

Automation of AI workflows is so much easier with Zapier because of Tables and Email by Zapier.

The only thing I dislike about Zapier is that there isn't an option for unlimited tasks. Every task is counted, which can be limiting.

What do you like best about the product?
This frees up so much time for us in the manual tasks that we've had to do in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don't need the higher task plans right now, but it would be nice if support responded quicker than 24 hours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moving data around is so much easier and efficient since implementing Zapier into our workflows. It's allows us more time to work on other important tasks in sales and marketing rather than all the behind the scenes manual work.

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Zapier is how it helps with almost any kind of software design or integration. Its support in these areas has been especially valuable to me.

I truly love it, from the very first idea right through to the finished concept!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At first, I focused on making my booking system much smoother for both myself and my customers. After that, I introduced business accounts, which further reduced my daily tasks.

Sometimes they don't notify about current integration method with other software are deprecated. So you only notice once the step stops working and find about it yourself.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the seamless automation Zapier provides, allowing me to connect various apps through APIs easily. It effectively resolves manual and laborious tasks, improving efficiency. I also enjoy how it integrates with tools like Google Calendar and Calendly to streamline my workflows. I would rate Zapier a solid 10 out of 10 for its interface and overall functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the setup process a bit tedious, especially since I'm not an engineer and don't know how to code. It took a bit of time for me to get everything going. While it might be straightforward for someone with coding knowledge, it was a somewhat difficult process for me as a basic user.

I automate manual work between apps, saving time on laborious tasks, and focus on higher-level tasks through API connections.
