What do you like best about the product?
Connecting systems that do not seem to be connected ;->

New Ai wizard helps to create new zaps and saves a lot of time.

None , up till now. all is working great

Making information easier available to our staff, without having them to log-in into systems.

Zapier Helps Prioritize Important Emails, but Lacks Some Microsoft Integrations

  • October 15, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
As a developer- I receive more than 100 email per mostly from automated system like code review, deployment, status updates. Having a quick rundown is impossible on hectic days - Zapier integration simplifies by going through each mail and notifying me about the mail requiring my immediate attention.
What do you dislike about the product?
Few Microsoft products are not into the integration list
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier helping me sort out my emails on my busy days. Figuring out which email requires my attention the most in daily email is painfully tedious. With zapier integration into my business email - I can intelligently filter out the essential emails and take actions.

Zapier: effortless automation with great support that is helpful and patient

  • October 14, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I find most valuable about Zapier is its incredible simplicity and convenience in automating repetitive tasks. The platform makes it remarkably easy to connect different tools without needing any coding skills, which is a huge time-saver for our team.

The sheer number of available integrations is impressive and covers almost every tool we use in our daily workflow. This allows us to create seamless automated processes that significantly speed up our work and boost our efficiency.

On top of that, whenever I've had a question or run into an issue, the customer support has been consistently helpful and responsive.

Overall, Zapier is an essential tool for us, simplifying complex workflows and freeing up our time to focus on more strategic work for our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main feature I find myself wishing for is the ability to use multiple triggers within a single Zap, which would simplify creating more advanced workflows.
It would also be helpful to have an option to export and import Zaps, perhaps as a JSON file, to make backing up and sharing complex automations much easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For our agency, Zapier solves the critical problem of operational inefficiency. We have many repetitive processes that were time-consuming and difficult to execute consistently. Zapier makes it simple to automate these workflows between our various apps.

The main benefit is the significant amount of time we save, allowing our team to focus on strategic client work instead of manual tasks. This automation boosts our productivity, reduces human error, and helps us deliver a consistent, high-quality experience for every client, which is vital for building strong relationships.

Great Automation Features, But Lacks Live Support on Most Plans

  • October 14, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Automating updates, scheduling follow-ups, creating appointments, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that you cannot speak to someone over the phone. It's through live chats or emails, which adds time to deployment or makes troubleshooting very difficult as it can go on for days...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier allows us to connect multiple systems through its integrations, which in turn apply mass updates across numerous platforms, freeing up manual labor for employees.

What do you dislike about the product?
When updating a Zap, it shows draft and versions. I'm not sure if I have unpublished drafts sitting somewhere.

Workflow automations. Eliminates time spent on 'busy'work

Pretty decent for automating my personal ebay selling activity / record keeping

  • October 12, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Zapier to connect my eBay store with my “source of truth” Excel file, where I track order details, COGS, marketing, and customer information.

It's easy to use and set up, it saves me hours every week by automatically transferring order data and sending confirmation emails, The visual interface makes it easy to monitor my worklows without needing coding skills

It's integrations are also generally pretty smooth, I use it between eBay, Excel, and Gmail
What do you dislike about the product?
Some integrations can be a bit limited if you want advanced conditional logic or complex multi-step workflows. Occasionally, I hit limits with Excel connections or need to reconnect an excel file. The pricing tiers can feel a bit steep if you’re using it casually or just automating a few workflows for personal projects. That said, the stability and ease of use still make it worth it for me
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier helps me automate the flow of data between eBay, Excel, and my email so I don’t have to manually update every new order. Before using it, I was spending time copying order info, tracking COGS, and sending confirmation emails one by one. Now, Zapier automatically logs new orders in my tracking sheet, updates cost and customer fields, and even sends follow-up emails when items ship. It keeps my workflow consistent and accurate, freeing up time to focus on sourcing and listing products instead of admin work.

The best no-code automation platform to streamline workflows and boost productivity

  • October 12, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
No coding is required, making it accessible for users of all backgrounds. Its scalability ensures it suits both startups and established companies. The platform saves time by reducing manual workloads and enhancing operational efficiency. Best of all, it is easy to implement and highly customizable, offering the flexibility needed to manage complex logic and multi-app workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
When it comes to pricing, costs can rise quickly as your needs grow or if you require premium features. Some of the more advanced workflows also take time to learn, which can be a challenge. Additionally, the app's limitations can be frustrating, especially since certain integrations do not support all the features available in the original applications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The AI Workflows feature enables the creation of advanced automations using logic, filters, and multi-step actions. For example, you can set up autonomous agents that react to specific triggers and carry out tasks—such as automatically sending an email with our price catalog and notifying me whenever a quote request form is submitted on our website. This has proven to be a significant time saver. Additionally, it's possible to build internal tools and dashboards without any coding, allowing for collaborative planning and visualization of automations. Most importantly, the platform offers secure and compliant automation, making it suitable for large teams.

Being able to move quickly and not having to wait months fo engineering allowing us to act fast!
