The Gold Standard
What do you like best about the product?
Activating several services with just one trigger is very convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because the platform relies on several different services, troubleshooting can be challenging and often needs assistance from more than one support team. It was previously simpler to replay zaps in bulk, but that process has become less straightforward. Additionally, team access is only available as a paid feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier's extensive integration capabilities have enabled us to address a wide range of challenges, from managing email notifications and delivering website form submissions to automating marketing tasks and archiving. Its flexibility has proven invaluable in streamlining our workflows.

What do you dislike about the product?
As of November 2025 two-way webhook is not available
A little pricey compared to other platforms
A little pricey compared to other platforms
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing consultants to build simple and complex automation.
Easy Automations, Occasionally Gets Stuck
What do you like best about the product?
The automations and the ease of use, the UI/UX is easy to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it gets stuck sometimes, sometimes, especially if somebody from my team leaves or changes their email/account the automation has to be redone and super annoying b/c it takes us a while to find out when/where the bug/gap is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier helps me mostly with notifications about things like payments and contracts being signed. They help me know EXACTLY when things go down.
AI-Powered Zaps Make Automation Effortless and User-Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
The AI function to create new zaps makes it so much easier. I used to have to go through steps I didn't really understand, and what I created didn't work well. Now easy peasy lemon squeezy
What do you dislike about the product?
With the old sapier I had to be more technical in my knowledge of what I was doing. Most of the times the zap said I created just didn't work. Now solved with the AI
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier is sending prospective clients from Facebook leads directly into my CRM. When I create a new contact in my CRM zapier says that information to my Google contacts. Next one that I'm going to work on is having zapier send leads directly to the new MailChimp that I am creating
Rock-Solid Stability and Easy Integrations, Minor Support Delays Abroad
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Zapier for over 6 years, and what I like most about it is the stability of the service. I don't remember it ever letting me down. Another point that makes me prefer it over other competitors is the ease of integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see anything to complain about, maybe a slight delay in support (because I'm outside the United States).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier makes it easier for me to integrate my clients' CRM and ERP systems with our marketing campaigns.
Effortless Facebook Lead Integration, Incredibly Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of integration to funnel Facebook leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment. It's very easy to use!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has reduced the amount of manual labor I need to put into Facebook leads.
Effortless Integrations Save Hours—Easy Setup and Helpful Support
What do you like best about the product?
I love how quickly I can spin up integrations and connect apps together. I have about 21 zaps right now that help me every day. I think my favorite zap is on that moves recorded videos from Zoom to Vimeo and then embeds the Vimeo video in my Learning Management System. This takes my collaborative mastermind calls and places them in my LMS without me lifting a finger...and it saves me easily 16 hours a week. Gotta say it was pretty easy to implement. And while I have only had to use customer support once, the answers I got were straightforward. So, five stars.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's really a personal preference and probably my own lack of attention, but I wish I could get to my zaps without having to click on assets. It's probably right there in front of me and I just have not noticed it yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
TIme. Zapier is saving me time. Every single zap is designed to give my back hours in my week. One zap alone saves me 16 hours of repetitive work. And I love having leads from ad campaigns zapped into my CRM. Zapier is an essential part of my business.
Great for Simple Automation, But Limited for Complex or Critical Workflows
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it allows you to easily automate manual workflows. The days of having to copy from this form to your crm are over with Zapier
What do you dislike about the product?
Zapier struggles with realtime integration. They struggle with multi system workflows that have large data volumes. For example we have some pretty complex logistics use cases and its support for these is very limited. Routing and parsing are major issues with Zapier. Also limited ability to do data transformations. And I would never run anything business critical through Zapier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It connects very simple use cases like moving data from google sheets to email, but it isn’t handling a majority of issues I have
Excellent for Simple Data Transfers, Limited for Complex Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
Great for moving data from google suite tool to another system. It works the best if you do not have any specific customizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zapier primarily does point to point integrations and workflow automation. When we tried to use for sending external data it didn’t work for us. For simple internal use cases it is okay, but we were led to believe it would work for EDI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was supposed to move internal data to our trading partners
Effortless and easy Integration for all your systems.
What do you like best about the product?
Connecting all your systems and apps without needing to code is made possible, whether through webhooks or APIs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, errors occur, such as when a phone number is missing, which causes the zap to stop running. It would be better if these issues could be resolved automatically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool allows us to connect all our apps and systems seamlessly, sending data to the right places without any need for coding. All it takes is a few clicks to set up the connections.
