Zapier is easy to use, and there are many ways to create integrations with a wide variety of software.
What do you dislike about the product?
While there are some aspects of Zapier that I don't particularly like, it still manages to fulfill my needs effectively.

Zapier: An Indispensable Team Member for Small Businesses

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier has revolutionized our ability to get things done as a small business with a small (but mighty) team -- it's basically a full team member! It's very user friendly, and connects to just about every platform you can think of. The customer service is also top notch, I feel like I'm always listened to and helped in the exact way I'm needing -- don't have to explain myself twice or cut through AI noise. Plus they're always improving and honestly often not raising prices as a result...just adding value to what they're already providing. I can't recommend Zapier enough!
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall there aren't many downsides. If I had to pick some, I would say that having to manually update zaps when integrations have new versions is probably my least favorite part.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a small business with a small team trying to make a big impact -- and Zapier is helping us do that by automating admin work that can be taken off a team member's plate, as well as elevating our ability to access integral data that wasn't seemingly possible before. Worth every dollar.

What do you like best about the product?
Have been happily using Zapier since 2018. For me, the premium is worth it in terms of time saved on the backend. I like the breadth of integration options and the rigor with documentation of individual zap runs, which makes things easy to troubleshoot. When I get stuck, I like that I can contact a human in customer support and get a ticket going in less than a business day. I also like that the company is doing a lot of content marketing around their AI features; this helps me understand not only what things like Model Context Protocol actually are, but also why I should care and ways I could implement it into my existing zaps and automations. Great product and service.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to toggle off the "Have AI generate your first draft" feature that's now at the top of the workspace (as is the case with a lot of other SaaS now). But that might just be me as an experienced historical user; by the time I'm in the workspace, I already know what I want to create and how to create it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need a clear, current source of truth for both myself and my clients in their systems. Zapier helps ensure data and updates are being dynamically passed around my tech stack so everyone has what they need immediately.

Effortless Integrations Across All Platforms

What do you like best about the product?
The combination of ease of integration and the number of platforms Zapier has integrations with. I've rarely found a platform that doesn't have a Zapier integration of some sort. I use it every day, especially with my Facebook ads to put all the pieces together.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing to dislike about Zapier. It's the glue that creates the link between all those apps out there I use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gets the information I need in my hands when I need it. I can't wait to dive deeper into the AI platforms they are building.

What do you like best about the product?
It's fast, it's smart, it saves A LOT of money on developers and it makes me feel smart :) life is easier, this is a GAME CHANGER for my business in marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
i don't love pricing, but you have to pay for good stuff.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i don't need developers anymore, i'm posting leads and sales to my CRM directly, plus it helps me feed the facebook and other media buying platforms algorithm better as well as create backups for all of my leads.

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier makes it easy to harness the power of API integration, with pre built connectors that take the hard work out of automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although not hugely expensive, when running intense flows it can get costly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am working on exporting reporting data from a massive database that lacks the ability to generate internal reports. This presents a challenge, as the database itself cannot handle internal reporting, so I have to find alternative ways to extract and manage the necessary data.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how easy it is to integrate multiple platforms and carry out tasks that would otherwise require extra applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
If possible, I would rather have the option to speak with someone over the phone when necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We rely on Zapier to link Facebook forms and various other applications with our CRM.

Easy Automation with Zapier & Slack, Minor Delays but Worth the Learning Curve

What do you like best about the product?
So we are currently using Zapier integrated in our Slack tool, to create automated workflows which are helpful in moving information and automating tasks without coding. It is a low code platform, highly reusable and easy to use. It enables tracking easier as any changes to workflow are pushed as slack messages to users
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it could observe delay in notifications and initial learning of this integration took time. Otherwise a great day to day use tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems like keeping transparency in workflows, like any task being done or anything due, converting slack message into a task if required, creation of simple bots to respond to commands in slack are being solved. This improves productivity and reduces manual intervention
