An essential tool for automating my marketing flow between Meta and Brevo

  • November 08, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of connecting apps that don't natively talk to each other. Specifically, the ability to create a 'Zap' that automatically sends new leads from our Meta campaigns (e.g., Facebook Lead Ads) directly to a specific list in Brevo. It's reliable, and the initial setup is very intuitive
What do you dislike about the product?
On the lower-tier plans, the polling time isn't instantaneous. Sometimes we have to wait several minutes for a lead to transfer from Meta to Brevo, which can be a slight delay when we want immediate follow-up
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What I like best about Zapier is the sheer simplicity and empowerment it provides. Our team isn't made of developers, but Zapier's 'no-code' interface allows us to build powerful, complex automations that would otherwise require significant engineering resources.

My favorite and most critical use case is connecting our Meta campaigns to Brevo. We've set up a Zap that instantly takes any new lead from a Facebook Lead Ad and automatically creates or updates that contact in a specific Brevo list.

The setup process itself is what makes Zapier special. It's incredibly intuitive. The visual editor guides you step-by-step through setting a 'Trigger' (New Lead in Meta) and an 'Action' (Create/Update Contact in Brevo). Mapping the data fields like 'email' from the ad to the 'email' field in Brevo is a simple, visual process that anyone can understand. Beyond the easy setup, it's just plain reliable. It runs 24/7 in the background, and I have full confidence that our lead data is being transferred accurately and immediately without any manual intervention

Effortless Setup and Seamless Platform Integration

  • November 08, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to set up and allows for seamless connection to various platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I think the app should automatically update in future whenever a zap is configured.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main issue it solved for us was with Meta ads. It enabled us to transfer all Meta leads directly into Salesforce without requiring any complex coding or specialized knowledge.

Empowering Automation with Unmatched Community Support

  • November 07, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I really like about Zapier is that it makes automation feel accessible. Even if you're not technical, you can connect your tools and build workflows that actually make your day easier. It removes a lot of repetitive tasks that usually slow teams down.

But something that stands out even more is the ecosystem around Zapier. There’s a ton of content, tutorials, examples, and conversations online — not just from the company, but from real users. You can find YouTube walkthroughs, community threads, ready-to-use templates, and step-by-step guides for almost any use case. It feels like there’s always someone who has already solved the challenge you’re trying to solve, and they’re sharing it openly.

So it’s not just the tool — it’s the support system around it. You don’t feel alone learning it. You feel like the internet teaches you as you go.
What do you dislike about the product?
When workflows start getting more complex — like branching logic or multiple conditional paths — things can become harder to track and maintain. It works, but you need to be careful with organization and naming to avoid confusion later.

Also, as automation volume grows, pricing can rise faster than expected. It’s fair considering the value, but definitely something teams should plan for as usage increases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier is helping us keep our marketing and sales data connected across different platforms. We run campaigns on Meta Ads and Google, capture leads through forms and landing pages, and manage follow-up in our CRM. Before Zapier, each system felt isolated, and we had to move information manually to keep everything updated.

Now, when someone interacts with an ad, downloads something, or fills out a form, their information automatically flows into our CRM and triggers the right next steps. This means leads are followed up faster, data stays accurate, and our team has a clearer picture of where each opportunity comes from.

In short, Zapier helps us maintain a healthy flow of information between platforms. It keeps our marketing and sales aligned, saves time, and ensures no potential client gets lost due to manual delays.

Powerful automation with excellent CRM connectivity, but pricing scales quickly

  • November 07, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Zapier is how reliably it automates lead workflows. I used it to send leads directly into our CRM, and the process was seamless, fast, and consistently accurate. It eliminated manual work, reduced errors, and ensured our sales team received leads in real time. The ease of setup and the stability of the integrations were key to making our pipeline more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main drawback is cost at scale. As workflows grow in volume or complexity, the pricing can increase quickly, especially when premium apps or higher task limits are needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier solves manual data transfer and workflow fragmentation. It centralizes and automates the movement of leads, syncing information between acquisition channels and our CRM without manual intervention. This improves lead response time, reduces human error, and ensures data consistency across systems. As a result, our sales team can act faster, reporting is more reliable, and we save significant operational hours previously spent on repetitive tasks.

Automation that saves time and simplifies cross-platform workflows

  • November 07, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier makes automation incredibly accessible, even for non-developers. I love how easy it is to connect apps that don’t normally “talk” to each other, from CRMs and spreadsheets to email marketing tools. The interface is intuitive, the setup process is quick, and the visual workflow builder makes it simple to map data fields and triggers. It’s saved me countless hours by eliminating manual data entry and repetitive follow-ups. Once a Zap is built, it just works in the background flawlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside is that more complex workflows can get expensive quickly, especially if you need multi-step Zaps or higher task limits. Occasionally, integrations break if an app updates its API, and debugging those issues can take some time. I also wish there were better built-in reporting tools to track Zap performance over time or see where bottlenecks occur.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier helps bridge the gap between platforms that don’t natively integrate, allowing me to automate tasks that would otherwise require manual updates or complex development work. It keeps our CRM, marketing, and reporting tools in sync automatically, eliminating data entry errors and saving hours every week.

Intuitive Interface That Saves Time and Automates Tasks Effortlessly

  • November 07, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive interface. This tool saved us a lot of time by helping us easily automate tasks. The price also makes it a no-brainer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am yet to have a single issue with this service. All automations that were set have run smooth and without a single error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The use of automations to execute repetitive tasks means we save time and money, while maintaining quality data that is updated in real time.

What do you dislike about the product?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing all of our leads—whether they come from Facebook, landing pages, or AI chatbots—into a single location.
