Effortless Integrations That Simplify Our Workflow

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Zapier is to set up integrations between multiple platforms. It is super easy to set up a Zap to connect Facebook leads to our CRM to then getting emails and texts out to potential leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside is really the cost. Everything else is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting leads from Facebook into our CRM and then contacting the leads in real time.

Effortless Automation and Data Integration for Better Conversions

What do you like best about the product?
I was very easy to implement automations and to maintain them. It allowed us to share data between our paid ads and our CRM. This has been fundamental to optimize our conversion funnel. We can finally understand which ads are yielding more conversions and optimize accordingly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Troubleshooting can be difficult. Mostly because other apps are not designed to be connected as Zapier enables you to connect them. However, Zapier has done a good job on helping users understand what's wrong with your zap. They even have an AI chat bot that helps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to connect our paid ads platform with our CRM. THis enables us to understand which ads are yielding more conversions and to optimize accordingly.

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier is really easy to set up for lots of different uses that I need. I enjoy the variety of API connections available which makes getting data from one place to another much easier. Customer service is always responsive and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if Zapier notified or automatically reauthenticated app connections. Also, I run into data mismatches at times, such as needing an ID instead of a selection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier helps me get data from lead forms to our CRM

Seamless Integration: Claude and Zapier Supercharge My Workflow

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve started working a lot with Claude and ChatGPT to get my work done much faster. What bothered me, was that both models are great at thinking but not so great at doing. I looked for a way to improve my workflow and discovered that you can connect Claude to Zapier and set up an MCP server that essentially includes all the apps Zapier integrates with (which is pretty much every major app out there).
This connection works amazingly well for me. I use Claude as the “brain” and Zapier as the “hands.” I am super happy about the results, and also about it being so easy to implement and set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can’t think of anything I’m unhappy with. Everything works perfectly for me, and I’m very satisfied.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier solved the problem I had with AI models like Claude. they were great at thinking but not at doing. I wanted to build different kinds of agents but didn’t know where to start, and it all seemed too complicated. Once I realized I could connect Claude to Zapier and run everything through a simple chat, everything changed.

What do you like best about the product?
Building automation flows using AI is super easy and explanatory (you can use other language than English to intercat with AI as well). For no-code, Zapier is the best option in the market. Integration with other tools is easy as well, with explanations about navigating in those other tools to get access keys.
What do you dislike about the product?
Now with Loop and Pathways resources, perhaps make the workflow more friendly to see (e.g. Pathway should be represented as a diamond/lozenge)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
integration with other automation tools such as computers up-and-running and alerts message delivery, network balance backup mode alerts. Also doing speech-to-text conversion, email automation (automatic replies and alerts)

The only thing that has made me dislike Zapier over the years is its lack of integration with Mindbody or mindbodyonline.com.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Zapier is its ability to automate practically any workflow without the need for programming. It is a robust, reliable, and very flexible tool, ideal for connecting multiple platforms and saving operational time. In my case, it has allowed me to integrate accounting systems, CRM, payment platforms, and marketing, all working automatically and in sync. It is a true "invisible assistant" that makes the business run even when you're not there.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that really bothers me is the cost, especially for users in Latin America. The prices are designed for markets with stronger economies, which limits the number of tasks or zaps one can scale without the cost skyrocketing. If Zapier adjusted its pricing model to more reasonable levels for this region, I would do many more integrations and automations without a second thought.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier has allowed me to automate processes between platforms that previously required manual intervention, eliminating human errors and saving countless operational hours. In my company, we use it to integrate accounting systems, CRM, payment platforms, and marketing tools, creating a continuous and reliable flow of information.
