Effortless Automation with Helpful Guidance

  • November 20, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The ease with which Zapier lets you create Zaps and make the proper connections. It has a great wizard that guides you through the process and makes corrections and suggestions along the way. I ws even able to debug issues I would have had no idea how to handle with the guidance provided,
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything I dislike about Zapier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to connect my Facebook Ads Leads to my company's CRM, saving me a great deal of time I would otherwise spend manually importing. More importantly, the automated process allows leads to enter my CRM almost immediately and triggers automations that initiate lead follow-up. This dramatically improved the success of our customer acquisition due to the rapid response that the Zapier automations allow.

Zapier allows for instant lead follow-up

  • November 20, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I run Facebook ads as one of my marketing strategies to generate leads for my business. Zapier allows me not only to capture that lead form data but sends the leads to my phone in real time, allowing me to follow up with prospect inquiries immediately!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were free lol, however, I feel it is priced fairly and will continue to use it at this price level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Zapier, I had to log-in to Facebook and then log into my ads manager to see whether or not there were any leads. Sometimes I'd find that there were leads that were now several hours old. Other times, Iwould log into Facebook only to find no leads. In the first case, I often lost an opportunity because I was too slow to follow up with the lead. In the latter case, it was a waste of time to get to a work station to log in only to find no leads requiring follow up. Zapier has made my lead follow up more timely and prevents me from wasting time logging into Facebook directly only to find no leads at that moment.

A BIG fan of Zapier for 7-8 years now!

  • November 20, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been a big fan of Zapier for seven or eight years now. What keeps me hooked is how it turns messy, repetitive work into smooth, automated systems, without needing to write a single line of code

. It connects all the tools I depend on across marketing, sales, and operations, keeping everything moving instantly and accurately behind the scenes. And because it’s so intuitive and easy to use, building and refining automations feels intuitive
What do you dislike about the product?
I’d say the only downside is that costs can creep up as task volume grows. When automations scale, the usage adds up, so I have to keep an eye on it. Still, it’s a small trade-off compared to the time saved, the improved ROI and the overall efficiency the platform delivers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier streamlines our lead-handling process by eliminating the need for manual data entry. New leads are automatically transferred to our CRM and any other necessary platforms, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks or gets delayed. This automation triggers real-time notifications for clients and their sales teams, enabling quicker responses, more closed deals, and a stronger return on marketing investment.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that i’s UI is easy to use and there’s no shortage of tutorials on how to navigate it.
What do you dislike about the product?
a pricing is a little steep for me means i only use a few webhooks. But that’s not much of a complaint.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it helps connect me with all my marketing leads from social media so that my clients get the appropriate notifications immediately. These days getting in touch with leads as soon as possible is crucial.

The easiest app connector on the market

  • November 20, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It's extremely easy to use - it takes just a couple of minutes to implement even the most difficult things. It's also flexible - sometimes we tinker with it daily, other times we leave it running for several months without issues. Their customer support is responsive when you need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside of Zapier is the price - it's more expensive than the competition. We use it because it's so much easier to use than the competition that it makes more sense to pay a couple dollars per month extra to Zapier than several hundred to developers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a lead generation company we are using Zapier for lead delivery and spreadsheet updates.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier connects my emails, to my sales CRM, to my sales agents, to my email automation and to multiple tools. This saves me and my team from sending thousands of emails per week. This saves time, money and is 24/7!

Reliable, No-Code Automation That Scales Your Workflow

  • November 20, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier makes automation incredibly accessible. I love how quickly I can connect tools without writing code, and how reliable the workflows are even at scale. The interface is intuitive, the library of integrations keeps growing, and the testing/debugging features save a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced automations still require workarounds, especially when apps have limited triggers or actions. Pricing can also scale quickly when you need higher task volume or multi-step Zaps, which makes it less accessible for smaller teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier eliminates repetitive manual tasks and ensures data flows smoothly between tools. This reduces human error, speeds up reporting, improves lead handling, and frees up time for high-value strategic work. It also helps create consistent, scalable processes across campaigns and clients.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use. It's intuitive and the AI helper bot helps to reduce the time it takes to create Zaps.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times Zaps tend to not work due to third-party integrations and troubleshooting this can be time-consuming
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating business processes reduces human error and reduces the time spent to complete manual tasks

Effortless automation saving time & hassle

  • November 20, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to create an integration where there is none and automate tasks quick and easy. As a freelance marketeer I work with a bunch of tools for multiple clients and I like making my life easier. There are still surprisingly many established tools that don't mesh well with eachother, with Zapier I can make them talk to one another in a few clicks. Once a Zap is running, I don’t have to check on it every day. It saves me a ridiculous amount of manual copy-paste work and prevents small tasks from falling through the cracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Debugging isn’t always intuitive. But my only real frustration is the pricing model. It’s a subscription plus extra costs when usage goes up. If you automate a lot (which is the whole point), the bill can climb quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work with different clients who all use their own tool stacks. Zapier makes it possible to connect a lot of those tools, without it being too technical. It keeps leads, reporting and workflows organized and up to date, it solves integrations. So it saves me time and prevents human error in pulling data.

Effortless Automation and Outstanding Support with Zapier

  • November 19, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using Zapier since 2017 and what I like best is how incredibly easy it is to set up even complex automation. You connect an app once, and Zapier handles the verification, authentication, and API details in the background. The interface is intuitive, and you can build workflows within minutes. Another major upside is the customer support. Even before the new AI Copilot existed, the Zapier support team consistently acted like a real co-pilot, fast responses, creative solutions, and detailed guidance for every edge case. Whether it was distributing leads evenly across team members or building multi-step workflows with operators and numbering logic, Zapier always had a solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn’t much I actively dislike. The only limitation is when you work with extremely high-volume processes (100.000+ runs of one workflow). At that point, it may be worth considering a custom-built solution for a very simple, high-frequency automation. However, maintaining your own system also means constant development, monitoring, and fixing API changes, something Zapier handles automatically. Even this “downside” usually becomes an upside when you factor in reliability and maintenance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier helps us automate a wide range of business processes that previously required manual work. We use it to automatically route customer inquiries to the right team members, manage webinar registrations, send data to dashboards, and trigger alerts when something goes wrong. It also cleans and validates data, synchronizes information across tools, and enriches support cases with contextual customer information pulled from other systems. This saves hours of manual work every week and ensures consistent, reliable processes across the organization.
