What do you like best about the product?
Zapier makes it much easier for me to visualize how different services connect by letting me organize those connections into blocks. This approach is far simpler than having to handle API calls on my own.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback I’ve found with Zapier is that if you need to set up a very specific or niche connection, it might not be available among the existing options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier allows me to automate the connections between Notion and a range of other applications, making it possible to manage everything and organize my planning from one central hub.

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier makes it incredibly easy to automate repetitive tasks without needing any technical background. The interface is clean, intuitive, and fast to build in. I love how many integrations are available. Pretty much every tool we use connects seamlessly, and how reliable the automations are once they’re set up. It saves a ton of manual work and keeps our systems communicating with each other 24/7.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the more advanced features can get a little pricey, especially when you need higher task limits or multi-step workflows. Occasionally, certain app integrations feel limited in the fields or triggers they offer. It’s not frequent, but every once in a while I have to find a workaround because an app doesn’t expose all the data I’d like to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier eliminates the manual work of moving information between tools. For us, it syncs data across CRM, spreadsheets, email, marketing software, and project management systems automatically. This helps prevent errors, speeds up operations, and ensures nothing falls through the cracks. What used to take hours of admin work is now done instantly in the background, freeing up time for higher-value tasks. It’s improved our team’s efficiency, accuracy, and ability to scale processes without adding extra headcount.

I love how easy it is to set up automations within several of the software that we use in our daily operations.

The only thing I dislike is the cost of the service for the higher zaps.

Zapier is the easiest automation tool I have used for getting quick results. Setting up a workflow only takes a few minutes, so you can immediately see its benefits in action. After that, you can enhance your workflows by including error handling, retries, and notifications. This tool helps reduce operational friction and ensures that your processes stay consistent.
What do you dislike about the product?
When a Zap fails, troubleshooting often takes more time than anticipated, particularly with multi-step Zaps or when the problem stems from an upstream app altering its fields or permissions. While the task history feature is useful, figuring out the exact cause can still feel like a process of trial and error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier addresses the challenge of getting different apps to communicate with each other. Rather than building and maintaining custom integrations myself, I rely on Zapier to coordinate workflows across areas like coding and operations, voice AI, and e-commerce. For example, I can route structured AI call results into CRM or ticketing systems, trigger WhatsApp notifications for confirmations and exceptions, and automate various Shopify back-office tasks. This approach leads to faster response times, reduces manual errors, and significantly lowers engineering overhead, all while maintaining logs and visibility in case something goes wrong.

I was very frustrated with Zapier. We faced repeated integration challenges, especially with Third Party APIs. The lack of live support made things worse. The task-based pricing model makes the cost difficult to predict. The initial setup was not easy, and the overall experience was frustrating.

Essential Tool for CRM Automation
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier was an integral part of how we managed our CRM through it's zap abilities!
What do you dislike about the product?
It was hard to get started ..a bit of high bar to entry. But that's ok, as it's a great tool.
