Versatile App Integrations and Easy Start with Premade Zaps
What do you like best about the product?
It has many apps to use so most likely it will work for everyone. It has premade zaps to get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing was until cost. I believe I was paying $250 a year. There is a free version though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Repetitive tasks that are simple but take up a lot of time and energy. I was using it to bring leads into a Google sheet.
Flexible Automation with Room for More Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Zapier enhances visibility across all my team's operations. The flexibility of the zaps is fantastic, allowing us to customize workflows in a way that ensures we can track crucial information effortlessly. It provides real-time alerts through Slack notifications, letting us know immediately when a ticket has been created, along with details like phone numbers and emails, offering a short description of the situation at hand. This feature significantly aids in maintaining seamless operational flow. Moreover, I've been using Zapier since 2014, and I find it extremely easy to navigate and operate, highlighting its user-friendly nature. This ease of use, combined with the ability to integrate several platforms like Slack, HubSpot, and Asana, truly makes it an invaluable tool for our operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that Zapier doesn't support a number of platforms currently. There are some hard-coded software applications that Zapier cannot sync with, and sometimes the environments we work in are closed-ended and utilize a lot of such hard-coded apps. It would be beneficial to have integration development that doesn't require developer assistance but instead provides a user-friendly environment where someone could set it up from a user perspective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zapier to enhance visibility across teams, integrating Slack and HubSpot to alert us about new emails and tickets, ensuring seamless operations.
Automation That Works While You Do What Matters
What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Zapier is how seamlessly it connects tools that normally don’t speak to each other, turning time-consuming manual tasks into reliable, automated workflows. It’s one of those rare platforms that genuinely makes your workday lighter.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Zapier is that more advanced automations quickly become expensive, and certain complex workflows still require workarounds instead of native integrations. While the platform is powerful, scaling automations can feel limited without moving into higher pricing tiers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier eliminates the need for manual data entry and repetitive admin work by connecting systems that normally operate in isolation. It keeps information synchronized across my tools, triggers actions automatically, and ensures that nothing falls through the cracks. The result is a more efficient workflow, fewer errors, and significantly more time to focus on higher-value tasks instead of routine operational work.

Effortless Automation and Seamless Integrations with Zapier
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier stands out for its user-friendly design and straightforward implementation, enabling users to automate workflows without coding. It offers a wide range of features and supports integration with thousands of apps, such as Slack, Gmail, Notion, Jira, and Salesforce, making it highly versatile. The interface is intuitive, allowing users to create and launch automations, known as “Zaps,” within minutes. For teams aiming to reduce repetitive manual work, Zapier is frequently used and proves to be an invaluable tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the platform is powerful, customer support tends to be limited for users on the free tier, and more complex, multi-step workflows often require upgrading to a paid plan. Troubleshooting failed automations could be more straightforward, and enterprise-level integrations sometimes demand technical adjustments, which can make implementing advanced use cases a bit less seamless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier addresses the challenge of manual, repetitive workflows between applications and platforms that lack native integration. By linking various tools—ranging from email services to CRMs and project management systems—it enables data to move automatically, eliminating the need for developer intervention. This automation not only saves time and minimizes human error but also enhances productivity for teams by streamlining routine tasks.
Effortless Automation for Beginners
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use for creating simple automations for beginners. With no coding knowledge, I'm still able to create a simple automation that makes my job easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something that holds me back from creating it more quickly is the number of steps or workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier has eased the communication, making it much easier and quicker to notify everyone about new projects, like those in Trello, or incoming payments in Xero. Thanks to the integrations, sharing important updates with the team about projects and accounts has become much more straightforward.

Automation that Simplifies Daily Work
What do you like best about the product?
Forget about Repetitive Tasks: Automatically, I can make a new row in a spreadsheet become a contact in my CRM, or have an email from a client registered as a task in my project manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Big Problem is the Price
This is the hardest point. The free plan is practically a bait: it lets you try it out and that's it, but if you want to do something useful, you need a paid plan.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What Zapier solves:
Nowadays, we use dozens of applications (CRM, email marketing, spreadsheets, Slack, project managers). The problem is that these applications do not communicate with each other. This forces me to be the "human bridge," going from one tool to another, checking notifications and moving data.

Effortless Integrations, Minor Automation Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I like Zapier because it seamlessly integrates my entire tech stack, especially those without native integrations. This capability allows me to connect workflows from different apps effortlessly without needing detailed API knowledge. Creating automations and workflows with Zapier is extremely simple, thanks to its intuitive interface. Furthermore, I find it to be probably the largest integration software available, which provides extensive options to link various tools and services, making my workflow efficient and interconnected. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, which further adds to the overall positive experience I have with Zapier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that Zapier experiences occasional lapses where automations fail to trigger. This typically happens because integrations aren't always flawless—such as when a form in one application changes, which can cause the 'zap' I've created to break.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zapier to integrate my tech stack without native connections, creating seamless workflows across apps without needing an API.
