Top notch value and ease of use

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier makes is possible to connect different online systems to make them work and share data in ways that you don't have to code on your own, for very reasonable prices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. They make things easy to do, their tools are full featured and wide ranging, and there's almost always a pre-existing "zap' solution for what I want to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One example: I use Zapier to connect Gravity Forms on my website to my somewhat obscure back end CRM called SolveCRM. Without that ability I would have had to change to a different CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
I really love how I can integrate my marketing automation via Zapier. Since I am using Zapier I am earning much money because I deliver targeted messages via different channels. To be honest I didn't found any CRM who can automate my entire marketing efforts. So for a few bucks, this is the best investment. Running a small business as a solopreneur is all about running lean and keeping your operation as stream lined as possible, automating small repetitive tasks is one of my favorite ways to do this and zapier.com provides a great solution to those data integration problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Until now I did not found a way to extract text from any web page and integrate into my zaps. Also when i am using Paypal i need to add a URL on my IPN inside PayPal There there is already a Url and i can not use Paypal with Zapier. I think this is more of a Paypal problem then zapier. But maybe Zapier staff will find a way to automate Paypal without using the IPN
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m a huge fan of automating those tedious repetitive tasks that are part of everyday business. If I don’t automate them, they will get stockpiled and sometimes not done at all, my brain is hard-wired to look for the shiny new object and repetitive tasks are a real problem with me. Tie all your marketing together

What do you like best about the product?
I highly recommend this if you are tying your marketing together for a complete marketing mix. This way you can actually use multiple marketing solutions to build a flow that aligns with the company goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
They are working on this, but, being able to tie multiple sources together and extend the rules past just one trigger would be an improvement I would recommend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am developing marketing strategies for companies.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend that you mind map your marketing strategy outlining the solution that you will need as well as their roles. Then leverage Zapier to piece together the path where the marketing overlaps or miss the mark.

What do you like best about the product?
Great user interface and experience;
Availability of different "zaps" for virtually anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
No free tier;
Pricing seems a bit much to the added value.

Mostly we used this for fun / infotainment purposes - "zapped" together Pipedrive with Slack and informed team on new projects sold.

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier makes it incredibly easy to share data between different applications. I constantly think of new use cases or applications to sync.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's not entirely intuitive on how to make multi-step Zaps work. Requires some trial and error about which attributes to popoulate.

Syncing of data, reduction of manual data entry, easier workflows across the team

What do you like best about the product?
The always expanding apps and services to interconnect. They always stay on the loop on what's new and being using in corporate environments, but on the small and big scale.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free plan is highly limited for power users. Some "Zaps" really make no sense and you have to spend a lot of time finding the right way to do it. But that's almost for none of the cases that involves "work" and more about "fun".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Interconnecting sometimes Facebook or other apps into for example Slack or emails can be a hassle, but with Zapier using their templates and tools makes it easy. We found out that when everyone checks the publications we make better decisions in the future.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As soon as you end up questioning yourself, what if I connected this APP with this other service? Then Zapier most likely does it already. From posting automatic weather reports, to automatic warning about server problems or just posting an RSS feed to somewhere? They do it.

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier automates manual tasks like entering data into multiple systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I can't think of anything. The interface could improve some, but overall, Zapier is fantastic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had Gravity forms embedded in WordPress that needed to push data into both Salesforce and MailChimp. Zapier automated this for us, saving us so much time and energy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Zapier is great for pushing and pulling data to and from multiple systems.

Fantastic solution to supercharge your apps

What do you like best about the product?
The range of applications is great and the user interface is a mix of powerful and simple, which is rare!

Zapier allows you to use best-in-class apps for each of your processes, rather than having to make do with a single solution. You can link everything together and the possibilities are literally endless.
What do you dislike about the product?
This isn't a flaw of Zapier, but a lot of the apps on there have made limited efforts with their Zapier integrations. This means that even if your app is on the list, you need to check that the Zapier integration actually supports what you want to do.

Also, you have to remember that this isn't two-way sync. It's pushing data in realtime from one app to another. There's a big difference depending on your needs.

Connecting together a suite of marketing automation and sales tools.

What do you like best about the product?
Incredible flexibility. Easy to get started, but lots of power to grow into.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is a little frustrating, especially at an agency where we want to use Zapier across a few clients. It isn't unreasonable, but I feel like my needs are between tiers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting information from multiple services without having to create or manage custom interfaces.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try. The free trial give plenty of flexibility and it is easy to move up and down between tiers if your needs change.

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier makes some of the mundane business processes super simple by automating it. It also allows users to connect multiple apps to connect them into one flow, which can speed up things like, receiving order and automatically adding it to your slack channel, or google sheets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitation on the free version, as well as cost for personal uses compare to enterprise uses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There isn't one business problem you can solve with Zapier. Zapier's vast number apps lets you automate your workflow making you more efficient and solving some some of the mundane tasks that often take time.
