Outstanding Experience from Start to Finish
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to connect tools across our entire tech stack enables us to work more efficiently and build workflows that would not be possible otherwise.

Some tools are still not available in the healthcare space.

There is little to dislike about zapier. It could be more helpful in helping me understand where zaps may be broken and opportunities for other connections and workflows with my systems.

Zapier is helping to connect all of my businesses software and help streamline automations and workflows.
Effortless Data Transfers, Incredibly Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
It's been extremely useful to move data from one of my apps to another. I'm not a super technical person but it was super easy to set up and utilize.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing I don't particularly like is that some tasks accidentally take a TON of zaps and I'd love to get told before I implement or if all of a sudden my zap amount increases drastically would love to get told as soon as the system realized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier is helping move data across multiple different apps without needing to get my engineering team involved. It allows the rest of my team members to create stop gap solutions in order to solve problems until the engineering team has time to hard code it.
Easy Automation, But AI Tools Need Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier is very good at making an automated process easy and intuitive. Connecting nodes and iterating is very easy. It allows me to do things that aren't currently offered by any other providers, such as splitting text into new rows of a google sheet
What do you dislike about the product?
Zapier's AI tools need further development, they often involve nested prompt engineering or multiple ai steps that lose depth. For example, multiple ai iterations of product feedback distilled product feedback to "user wants to see platform improvements" or user requesting a feature that exists and was just being discussed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using zapier to split call summaries into individual points of feedback and create a system of record for our product team. With this tool, we can search an archive of all client calls to see trends across our history of relationships.
Effortless Automation and Seamless Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive Zapier is to use. Having never used it before, it only took a few minutes to set up several zaps. Before Zapier, I was having trouble bypassing payment processors that were native to different platforms, but I wanted to centralize all my payments through the same payment processor--Zapier made that possible. As my business grows, I can see this being a product that I use on a daily basis since every client action and transaction would go through a series of tasks via Zapier, whether to guide them through a mini sales funnel or automate emails after a purchase. It connects all the software I use in my business and I was surprised to see just how many products it integrates with!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to Zapier, at least as a newer user, is that I can't easily and precisely predict costs. You don't know from one day to the next how many people might opt in to an email sequence or make a purchase that use zaps. I could also imagine large fluctuations in costs, for example, they could spike during a promotion, launch, or period of high website traffic.

Zapier is making it easy to connect disparate software systems for the purpose of creating simple sales funnels and centralizing payments from various sources through a single payment processor.

The software is easy to use and easy to integrate. Our team was able to easily implement our workflows and create new automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I thought everything was exactly as we were looking for.

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier is very easy to get start with building AI workflows. I would say Zapier is akin to the "iOS" of workflow building. Very good ecosystem, easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its not as easily customizable as some alternatives like n8n.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have multiple products to login everday. MO365, Zoho Cliq, FreshDesk, clickup etc. This app helps me to be on top of all these.
