An Indispensable Software Program for Admins Managing Multiple Integrated Systems
What do you like best about the product?
The ease and simplicity of its use combined with how extremely well it works.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really dislike anything about it, although, a few more options for different types of triggers and Zap customizations would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Zapier to bridge functionality between programs that don't have native API connections, such as between Hubspot and our shopping cart app.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you know what it does and it does something you need done, get it, because it does exactly what they claim it does and does it very well.
Indispensable Automation Engine
What do you like best about the product?
Lightweight and easy to use for armchair developers
What do you dislike about the product?
Very few simple webhook integrations. I try to use Zapier as little as possible for contact integration and more for "if this, then that" type of functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Uniting my stack and lite integration.
Zapier Review
What do you like best about the product?
It makes automation between different apps/platforms seamless! A HUGE time saver. It tends to plug in and work well with nearly all online platforms and apps, so if you think about all the time that could be saved by sending the info you need on one platform to another it offers automation for this.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only that fact that you are limited by how many tasks you can set up - this is due to the pricing plan, but it's prohibited and you'd really have to think about what you are gaining in terms of ROI to ensure it's value for money.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to automate certain parts of social media campaigns which are huge time savers - such as sending leads directly to clients by email from lead generation campaigns instead of manually downloading the sheet and sending across. This is a small example of the features and benefits which Zapier can bring, but as stated, it can be limited by the plan you're on and you should really take into consideration how much money/time this will save you before investing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you take advantage of all the zaps you can - it may take some time to set up but think about your processes and what and where you could save time to fully take advantage of it.
Zapier is the Ultimate Connection
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Zapier is that it connects just about any application ti any other application, and when you use a lot of automation like I do, that is essential.
With Zapier I can connect Facebook Lead ads, forms on my landing pages, chat transcripts, and more directly to my automation platform. From there I can initiate campaigns of all kinds.
The key is being able to get collected contact information into the system and organize it for use in automation. This is where Zapier plays a critical role. By connecting to so many different APIs, it allows me to assemble all of the necessary data from ads, opt-in forms, and chat applications into one place.
Another thing that I love about Zapier is that it is very affordable. The price I pay for practically universal integration is more then reasonable.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike about Zapier. It's simple, it's efficient, and it's affordable. The only thing I would change about it is to add more integrations.
It would be nice to have more integrations within the recruiting industry such as connections between job boards and popular ATS systems.
Ultimately I look for Zapier to provide more integrations to social media and big data analytics applications.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier is my all-in-one solution for assembling contact data into my automation platform. It has allowed me to collect customer data from many channels and bring it all into one CRM, one Email Automation System, one Sales Manager, and one Analytics Solution. This way, even though my information comes from multiple sources, my automation campaigns all run from a central source.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you use separate web-based services for things like chat, email marketing, landing pages, etc., I highly recommend using Zapier to connect all of your data.
It's easy to use, affordable, and it will make your life so much easier.

Liven Up Your Presentation
What do you like best about the product?
The unique way you can make a presentation truly embody the subject matter.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you need a pro account to run it offline, but they are in the business to make money so it makes sense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly used this as part of my sales pitches when brought in to meet with prospective clients.
One of the most customizable bots
What do you like best about the product?
If you're familiar with the Zapier workflow, you're probably aware of the endless amount of actions you can trigger - with the only limitations being those set in place by the application or service Zapier is being integrated with. The slackbot integration is very customizable, with triggers available for most slack actions.
What do you dislike about the product?
With a highly configurable product, configuration complexities can easily arise - complicating the use if you're not as familiar with certain triggers. Unless you have a dedicated integration team to manage the setup, I would recommend hiring someone for the project (depending on scope)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When using Zapier, we were able to configure notices for an entire team when changes to a schedule in Google Sheets were made, allowing for real time schedule management and notifications to allow for more flexible scheduling and staffing depending on volume.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you've got someone who's familiar with IFTTT, they'll understand the general flow of how the product triggers actions. For Zapier Bot (Zapbot) - the trigger automates various slack actions. Highly recommended if you're using Slack for team communication.
Zapier Bot Review
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can send info straight from one platform into a Slack channel that everyone can see; it eliminates the need to have everyone be able to log into Zapier.
What do you dislike about the product?
This isn't necessarily something that is against the Zapier bot, but if you have a lot of data coming into a channel, it can get annoying to constantly get notifications and it's hard to search to find one specific thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to notify specific team members of activity within their accounts.
Repetitive processes made easy.
What do you like best about the product?
Customizable. The multi-step zaps. Supports MySQL.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very less access for free users. expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For the company, I worked in, we were developing a cloud-based billing application. We had to thus, test a lot of scenarios/flows. Most of the task is redundant. Thus, using Zapier helped us rid these repetitive tasks. It is integrable with a lot of apps, including the google set. The whole process of setting up a flow is easy as well and came be done by a beginner without much difficulty/guidance. It has saved us a lot of time and rid us of redundant work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are a startup and workforce is limited, then, this is of great use as redundant work can be automated thus, we can channel the workforce to do better technical work. As a person who hates even simple redundant tasks, I loved the product and found it to be of great use. Setting up the flow was very easy and it is useable on a wide range of apps. It makes it versatile. The downside though, free users cannot access much of its functions and the lowest paid plan offers less number of zaps. If the company is small, it might find the app expensive.
Get notified about pretty much anything
What do you like best about the product?
If there is an online platform you can't link Zapier bot up to now, that platform is probably pretty old and crappy. It can literally connect to anything worth connecting to and notify you about changes in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the alerts you can setup in Slack are not the prettiest things, but I think that's more down to Slack than Zapier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The two main things we use it for are to keep the team up to date on new blog posts (with selected tweets for sharing on our work accounts) and for being notified when our clients have added new products to their inventories by syncing it up to Google Docs spreadsheets.
Connect everyting with everything
What do you like best about the product?
The huge library of apps. I have find all the Apps I use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times I'd like to have a personal assistant to help me find the best way to connect the apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Optimize time sharing information is hosted in different applications.
