Zapier has opened up doors to new venture I never thought possible.

What do you like best about the product?
Automating everything! I love being able to tie google sheets with Airtable and trigger SMS and Emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish I could COPY & PASTE triggers and move them up and down the line so if I need to make changes to the sequence it would be more drag and drop instead of deleting and recreating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We trigger follow up SMS & email to new clients and prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use. Interface is very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited triggers in some apps (though not Zapiers fault)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making diverse app stack work together.

Amazing API tool to connect productivity applications

  • December 15, 2017
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Amazingly easy to use to link up all types of applications that you would otherwise not be able to integrate easily. Without any IT effort, you can exchange data between systems that a few years ago would take developers and lots of $$.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Zap limit for a pro user is just 1000, which can be tough. Of course I can pay more, but I would like to have a higher limit for the $20/mo subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have solved a bunch of business challenges mostly around connecting to marketing automation - connecting Facebook and LinkedIn advertising/lead gen to marketing automation platforms, linking a learning management system (LMS) to marketing automation, for example.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I've had an opportunity to work with UX team with some testing. They're a good group of people and their product is top notch. They are clearly working to add new features, build new and better UI (though it's already great), and adding more and more application support every day.

Good for keeping data streamlined

  • December 14, 2017
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to automate data from one app to another is fantastic. Similar to IFTTT, but I see its strength being data management.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've used the free version of Zapier for some non-profit work and found that it doesn't take much growth before you'll need to use the paid version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I primarily use Zapier to import data from website form submissions to our email marketing program--so contact management is in one central spot. I have a starter plan and find it to be simple to use. I do plan to use more of its features as we expand our marketing--especially as it relates to managing contact lists.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look at IFTTT as well, consider the apps you use and your data flow to confirm Zapier has the connections you need to fully integrate it with your existing programs (it probably does).

Great concept but not 100% Accurate

  • December 12, 2017
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier is a great way to connect services that do not have built in integration services. It is easy to use and user friendly as well as capable of bridging the gap to multiple software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zapier did not always work flawlessly. While it was able to sync software that did not have built in integration I often had problems with duplicating after the initial sync. Sometimes I would end up with 10 duplicates when syncing wunderlist.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier has great potential and is the missing link to integrating services.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be sure to check all your settings closely.

The Do Everything Tool

  • December 12, 2017
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
There have only been a few times where I could not find a chain to work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the data in a chain is broken, but most of the time it works just fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating different data points without having to have a million different services or service providers create or offer or update an API.

It works...mostly

  • December 12, 2017
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier's interface is very straightforward. It takes something that could be complicated (hooking into APIs to set up automation processes) into a an easy to understand workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zapier is not always reliable. We would get complaints from customers and realize that one of our zaps had turned off without us realizing, and Zapier support couldn't exactly tell us why.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier takes a lot of the manual labor out of marketing. We used it to deliver rewards to customers once they had completed a certain action
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's definitely worth experimenting with some zaps to see if Zapier can meet your needs, but it's possible that you'll find that it isn't flexible enough to do what you're hoping it will be capable of doing.

Zapier is easy, fast, and the VA I wish I knew about sooner.

  • December 06, 2017
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier makes time-sucking menial tasks easy and simple. I've set up a few recurring workflow tasks that I would normally not be able to complete or have to do manually. Now, I don't have to think about following up on certain digital tasks. The ability for apps to talk to one another is the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version doesn't allow multi-step zaps so you'll have to pay for your more complex tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time instead of hiring a VA to do these tasks. Time is money. Money is behind the business. If Zapier can save you money after a little upfront work, that's amazing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Watch a few videos and tutorials. Ask around and find out how others use zaps. At first, it may take a few tries to get them set up the way you imagine. Keep trying.

What do you like best about the product?
Allowed for easy automation to be creates quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could have more features and automation for things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation that used to be manual. I save a ton of time in office.

Great tool for managing your performance

  • December 03, 2017
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about Zapier is its simplicity. It is a very straightforward tool that helps connect and organize data coming from different sources e.g. to keep under control your campaigns and incoming leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
It happened a few times that a trigger didn't connect with a zap correctly on the first try and then kept on showing a failed test every other try. In that case I had to repeat the process by creating a new zap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing data, such as incoming leads from marketing campaigns. Organizing a work flow by structuring communication within a team.
