Zapier makes it easy to connect various unconnected products

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier is incredibly easy to use - and it just works. It supports an unbelievably large amount of APIs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not run into many things that I dislike - I'm actually pretty happy with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our immediate need for use was integrating two disparate systems used by two different project departments - Quickbase, which my team uses, and Wrike, which our marketing team uses.

I have solved many problems of integration with third-party services that do not communicate with each other

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier saved my team so many months of development. Anyone can now create and edit some of our most crucial integrations. Zapier is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is missing more integrations. Even though it is the market leader, there are many products I would like integration that they currently don't support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
APIs integration. Tasks automation. Products integration is now available easily.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There is nothing to consider. Vast amount of integrations available for non backend programmers. Amazing.
