Zapier is mostly reliable, very practical, and quietly powerful.
What do you like best about the product?
It’s become one of those tools I rely on quietly every day. It connects apps that normally don’t talk to each other, and once you set up a few automations, you feel the difference immediately. The learning curve is simple, and because it integrates with so many apps, you rarely hit a dead end. Even when I switch tools, Zapier usually bridges the gap, which brings a sense of stability to an ever-changing software setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost increases rapidly once you require more advanced workflows, and occasional silent failures do occur, which means important automations need a quick check periodically. It’s also not ideal for heavy logic or complex branching; once your workflow starts resembling a decision tree, you'll feel like you’re pushing Zapier beyond its intended capabilities. Still, the time it saves and the reduction in mental clutter make it worth the trade-offs for most day-to-day operations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to move leads into spreadsheets, tag emails, back up files, ping Slack, update CRMs—basically all the small, repetitive tasks that add up.

Seamless App Integration and Effortless Automation

Zapier connects seamlessly with all the apps I rely on to run my businesses. Thanks to this integration, I can create workflows that move data between various applications, allowing me to automate tasks that I would otherwise need to handle by hand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up workflows can sometimes be challenging, especially when trying to achieve exactly what you want. However, the AI feature has made significant progress in addressing this issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest advantage for me is being able to gather data from multiple sources and bring it all together in one place. After consolidating the information, I can use it to automate actions within various applications, such as scheduling meetings, sending out guides, or responding promptly to customers. Once the zap is set up, it runs continuously, handling these tasks around the clock so I don’t have to.

I love how Zapier works seamlessly to connect my marketing platforms to my CRM, making my workflow more efficient. It saves me valuable time and money by automating processes and reducing manual tasks. Effortless Integrations with an Intuitive UI
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier allows you to bypass creating custom workers and set up complex integrations using a straightforward UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
With pay-per-use, you might end up paying a hefty price compared to an autonomous background process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier allows us to bypass complex integration processes and plug-and-play certain automations.
Zapier Streamlines Workflows and Saves Time Effortlessly
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier streamlines processes between platforms. It saves time and money updating, editing, and tracking new information.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main drawback is that when setting up an automation, the system doesn't recognize the inherent limitations of other platforms. As a result, you have to double-check to ensure your intended setup is actually being carried out as expected. However, after this initial verification, the process runs smoothly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier addresses the challenge of manual setup and information updates by automating these workflows. This automation streamlines processes that would otherwise require repetitive manual effort.
Zapier Automates My Small Business Like Magic
What do you like best about the product?
I currently use Zapier to automate the next steps for leads generated from Meta ads. As a solo entrepreneur running a very small business, I constantly have a lot on my plate. Balancing this business with a full-time job and other life responsibilities means my time is always limited. It's easy for tasks to slip through the cracks if I’m not vigilant. The zaps I’ve set up are quite simple—one sends me a text with lead information so I can respond personally right away, and another enrolls a different type of Meta lead into a MailerLite email sequence. Setting up these automations was incredibly straightforward, and the time they save me honestly feels like magic. I’m looking forward to creating even more zaps to streamline other areas of my business, and I suspect there are still plenty of automation opportunities I haven’t discovered yet.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, at this point, I can't find anything I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This has been a real time-saver for me. It’s taking tasks off my plate, and as someone running a small business, my workload is always heavy. Even the smallest bit of help makes a big difference.
Building a company and Zapier makes it 10x easier
What do you like best about the product?
What’s helpful about zapper is it can help you make a workflow for about anything you want and if you have no clue where to start you can use copilot to help you out? With copilot you can make any workflow you put your imagination to. I can make Work more productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes you can get stuck with API keys and stuff like that that are a little complicated for beginners, but with a little help from copilot, usually you can figure it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m building the company that connects to booking systems only through cal.com but I want my clients to be able to use their own booking system so I connect cal.com to their booking system through a workflow in Zapier.
Effortless Automation and Seamless Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier is incredibly easy to use and truly plug-and-play. It connects to an enormous number of platforms and integrations, which makes it simple to automate workflows across almost any tool stack. You can get powerful automations up and running very quickly without needing to write code, which saves a ton of time and removes a lot of technical friction.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t have any major dislikes, but customizing some pre-made templates and Zaps can feel limiting or unintuitive at times. While the templates are great for getting started fast, deeper customization sometimes requires extra steps that aren’t always obvious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier solves the problem of disconnected apps and manual busywork by making all the tools I use to run my business communicate with each other automatically. I connect things like Google Forms, Google Docs, Calendly, Zoom, Slack, and Discord so everything stays in sync without manual updates. This lets me use Slack as a real-time source of truth for new appointments, meeting schedules, project roadmaps, and live project updates. The biggest benefit is saved time, fewer mistakes, and having full visibility across my business in one place instead of jumping between dozens of platforms.
Workable solution for Krisp, but not very cost effective.
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier was a pre-selected integration for Krisp, which allowed me to control my Krisp data. It was simple and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version doesn't give me enough for my solution to be practical. I get that and would pay for a paid version, but the subscription price is about 10x what the value is worth to me for my use case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier was a pre-selected integration for Krisp, which allowed me to control my Krisp data. I was able to upload transcripts to google docs and reference them automatically through ChatGPT. ChatGPT integration to google docs has since stopped working, but I could switch to OneDrive and accomplish the same thing.
