Love using Zapier!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, works with most of my cloud software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes 'test' submits an actual order (like with Handwrytten, it submitted cards to be printed and mailed). Should say 'test will submit an order, skip if you don't want to) or something similiar. I had no idea 'test' would actually submit an order!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data entry, easy of use, saves on hiring employees.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use Zapier instead of outsourcing data entry or hiring employees!
A lot of different Zaps but runs into a few glitches fairly regularly
What do you like best about the product?
There are so many solutions on Zapier. If I need a system to talk to each other more than likely it's on Zapier through either a free zap or a premium version.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took me a while to figure out how to set-up some of the zaps correctly especially when dealing with more complicated systems like CRMs such connecting Active Campaign with Base. There isn't an online support as such, they replied saying to try and figure it out yourself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zapier predominantly so I can share data between different systems. For example, I have a Zap whereby anyone who fills out a Survey Monkey form gets updated in Active Campaign. I have another Zap where anyone who signs up to my webinar gets updated in a list in Active Campaign.

Automation Makes Life Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Setting up zaps is extremely easy, as long as you have the access you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain documentation could be better during setup, especially when it comes to connecting tools like Facebook, where there are various levels of access and certain ones are required for zaps to work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We run a lot of lead gen ads on Facebook. By default, you have to export leads before they expire, but Zapier allows us to send those directly to tools like Mailchimp for immediate marketing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just check out the list of zaps available and compare it to the tools you use. If you've got even just a handful, Zapier be very beneficial to automate some of the mundane moving of info from one place to another.
A robust tool that communicates with everything
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it integrates with so many tools and apps. One of my favorite things are all the premade pairings of tools to get you started. The pairing library gives me so many ideas of how I could use it to make my business easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not an easy tool to use. Every single integration is different, and one little mistake can mess up the set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used Zapier to connect tools that didn't communicate with each other. Zapier was I life-saver because I was already using those tools, and I hadn't done research about whether they communicated or not. That's how I learned about zapier.

What do you like best about the product?
Launching a Zap by connecting our Reply campaigns to our Mail chimp e blasts simultaneously.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer Service Support is absent. I had to search y issues online and when I finally got through, the only support I rcvd was via email. Which led to a string of emails that perhaps would have been rectified by a call. Way too time-consuming. They don't even offer chat sessions for assistance. It appears they have far more user that support staff. I'm sure this has steered potential users away. I even considered until I finally got it to work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Schedule zap to coincide with my mail chimp eblasts.

Readily available customer support.

What do you like best about the product?
Very clear step-by-step guides for setting up "zaps" (integrations). Was worried I would need to have more development knowledge to integrate HubSpot with another tool and with Zapier it was extremely easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't run into any frustrations/issues yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating HubSpot with Consensus. Helps us track leads generated through Consensus in HubSpot.
Great tool - a "missing link" for all your cloud services
What do you like best about the product?
Love that all the different tools I use - professionally, personally, etc. - can be connected and work with one another in ways I wouldn't have imagined. Zapier allows you to break down a lot of barriers and actually make those "wouldn't it be nice if?" things happen.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is a little high, and it's a steep jump - it'd be great to have an option at a lower price or with a different structure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating smoother business processes that go across multiple cloud apps, automating work and simplifying the process of keeping things in sync.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great if you have a lot of different cloud apps and want to make life easier for yourself. Take a look at the services they work with and if you see a lot of overlap, look at the ways they can tie everything together. The free account gives you access to a lot of their services. You can also create recipes using pro apps/features with your free account so you can actually get your hands on things - just can't actually use them until you pay. This is really nice because it lets you be confident that you can do what you want before handing over any money.

My team likes me to send links to our social posts anytime something goes up. That way they can easily share it on their personal profiles.
With Zapier, I was able to automate this so that our social accounts send links to their posts to our teams special slack channel.
Set up was very simple and straight forward. you pick the account that is the trigger, then you pick the account that gets the action and you format the template for whatever you're asking it to do.
I had one or two questions about format along the way, but the support team came back with a response pretty quickly. They had taken screenshots of my setup and marked how i needed to update it. It made the whole process super simple and efficient.

Zaps for days!
What do you like best about the product?
This program has saved me hundreds of hours of manual work by automating different tasks. A lifesaver!
What do you dislike about the product?
Zapier can still be a little bit confusing at times, depending on the complexity of the task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've used Zapier to connect our Formidable forms app on our website to automatically upload information to our Google Sheets and email marketing platform.

Use this software now! It's being updated every day with new integrations and excellent support. Make your life easier by working smarter and not harder.
