automation best kept secret
What do you like best about the product?
I love that the growing number of APIs allow me to automate the service I always wished would work together. I can customize what triggers, why, and when.
What do you dislike about the product?
I only wish that more APIs are added, faster! I can find anything else that I dislike that wouldnt be unfair to the fact that, Zapier is still a business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time saver! - No need to manually reenter information between two zapped APIs!

Can make your life a little easier
What do you like best about the product?
It automatically adds people who buy my course to the right email list.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a pain to set up correctly. Every time there is some little detail that gets messed up & causes more frustration than it's worth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have to check the newest students in my course & manually add them to the right list.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
They do make some things easy that software makers should just include as part of their own package. Until then, use Zapier.
Saves Time, Resources, and Frustration
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility and adaptability of Zapier is what makes the software, by far. There has yet to be a task that we have sought to create a Zap for that could not be done.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limit on the number of monthly processes is a little tight, but we have yet to go over our limit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Zapier to sync mailing lists between our database, website, and email client, in addition to using it in conjunction with Airtable and G Suite to log our calls and automatically add appointments to our shared calendar.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that when all else fails with a customization or integration, I know that Zapier has my back! I've been able to link different services in extremely customized ways. I have been able to slowly learn how to perform more complicated "zaps" as my time allows, and customer support has always been top notch, responding quickly and thoroughly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind. My only problems have been with the users of the services that I have linked to Zapier, not Zapier themselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to filter out very specific transactions and report them several ways in different platforms. For example, an online order from Shopify can be "zapped" to both Salesforce AND an outside vendor's inventory spreadsheet.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do some training and get to know the really intricate things you can accomplish with Zapier! They have a really good knowledge base, and things that you think aren't even possible most likely ARE possible.
Adding Zaps Made My Life So Much Easier!
What do you like best about the product?
There is no need for multiple steps and tracking documents for projects. I set up one zap and my life was made 20x easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
It took a bit to get just right - I think there could've been some hand holding. There are so many different Zaps you can make, that I'm not surprised there is nothing super catered to what I was looking for. But their Customer Support was incredible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I connected a Google Form to ZenDesk, so whenever folks complete a Google Form and submit it - their results populate in a ZenDesk queue. This allows me to respond to them directly from ZenDesk and keep track of responses to submissions.
Great for automating small tasks
What do you like best about the product?
This has allowed us to replace tasks previously done by a VA. Would recommend testing the free tier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost for zaps can add up quick depending on the tasks (i.e. moving spreadsheet data can consume a lot of tasks).

Replacing repetitive low-value human tasks.

The time allow between two zaps (15 minutes). Sometimes I would need a shorter time than that

I love that this integrates with Facebook Lead Generation Campaigns and automatically uploads leads.

At this time I do not have anything I dislike.

We have solved automatic importing - giving us back time in our day from manual exporting of leads

What do you like best about the product?
I dont have to code and its easy to find creative new ways to connect apps and automate information hand offs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Making one automation chain can take a very long time to create. Creating a template and pulling in samples is a complicated process, but its worth it one its turned on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed to create a project management system cheaply, so I combined JotForm and Trello using Zapier to automate new project requests. If someone wants to start something, they fill out a form and click— then all the information is reformatted as. Trello card.
Zapier is great!

It makes is really easy to move data around, manage a shared inbox, and share information.

The reporting functionalities could be better.
