Up to 5 free automations - great tool!

What do you like best about the product?
First, I love that the first 5 automations are free (as long as they are just 2 steps). There are so many different platforms to connect and it seemed much more intuitive to me than IFTTT. It was super easy to set up! I also like their test features with some of the softwares. For example, with Mailerlite, it will add a test subscriber to make sure the connection is working.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could do a multi-step Zap for free, but that's hardly something I can hold against them ;) There really hasn't been anything I dislike!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Zapier to link my payment gateway with my email list. When a customer purchases a specific product in Gumroad, they are added to a specific group/automation in Mailerlite - since an email series is part of the product purchased. Zapier saves me from asking the customer to go to an additional page to receive the email series, which is much smoother and better as a user experience :)
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try to identify tasks that you are doing manually and if Zapier could save you time by connecting the two programs.

Gives more value to all of the software we use

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zapier takes out most of the complicated integration steps required to get software to work well with other software. The user interface and account management area in Zapier have a clean design that is easy for us to figure out and use. The way that we can program all sorts of business software to work with each other is intuitive with simple commands that almost any person can understand, regardless of their computing background.
What do you dislike about the product?
The amount of advanced integrations in Zapier are on the limited side compared to using full-on API integrations. If we wanted to make custom configurations with very advanced functionality, then I think that Zapier is not the most ideal for that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier has allowed us to get more functionality out of many of our software, particularly software that is based online in websites. We can move information around so that we don't have to copy data as much or export data through spreadsheets and similar database files. We can react to new business data more quickly and be able to get a big picture of business activities more easily through Zapier's automation abilities.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you use several web-based applications for business, you should definitely explore Zapier and the capabilities that it could provide for that software. There's a good chance you can get more value out of your software. Don't get discouraged if it seems confusing at first. It actually gets easier the more you use it, in my opinion.

What do you like best about the product?
Napier has lots of integration so makes it a great one stop shop for automation. I have used it to connect lots of different 3rd parties to aid in our automation and operational efficiency
What do you dislike about the product?
the cost. the free version is only good to test. it's not really useable. I think some new cost models would be great
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
automation! we have linked SDP, MS Teams and MS DevOps. this helps with our ips team, dev team and the communication between. it's also saved about 15 minutes of manual work needed to raise every change.

it's great but need time to get going initially. also you will need admin rights for the services your connecting into

Honestly I haven't found anything I dislike yet and I've been using it for a while.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to connect applications to our marketing platform. It means we're not spending time adding leads or missing any that may fall through the cracks

If you undestand how API works but don't know how to code yourself this is the best tool for you.

The pricing for complicated request might be burden for you. Every single request count.

Everything we should know about Zapier.

What do you like best about the product?
It is ideal because i can write and execute all i sales contracts, investment documents, and previous contracts. It also offers us a way to save time in the signing of agreements with the characteristics of electronic signature. It's great, because it allows us to spend more time, dialoguing with a main employee executing and putting into practice all our projects.As for Zapier's performance, he does what seems to be difficult for me to not solve, this platform makes it extremel easy. It is also excellent, it contains a very intuitive interface. Therefore I have learned quickly and do not need codes to automate so many processes. In such a way that it has been easy for me to use, it includes configured integrations. It also lends me an innovative service that allows me to be more efficient in eliminating repetitive tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has made me a little diffcult, as soon as your error message has not been great, it would be good to know why it is failing, to improve it would be ideal. The accounts are disconnected sporadically, as for this function it is good to improve it to have a good service. As for the prices have not been so flexible for my business, it was ideal to have more customizable plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our company we are satisfied to be using Zapier, because it saves us time and has made the process more efficient. It's great we use it for email marketing. It is also used in all departments. We have a large amount of data extracted from different destination pages, with Zapier we can ensure the entry of data obtained in a spreadsheet and be able to easily locate it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Zapier is an indispensable tool, it has a very efficient service. Likewise, it allows us to have two-way contact synchronization or transfer information from one zap to another zap. It is extraordinary because we can integrate and create automated processes and increase greater efficiency in our company. This tool is ideal for any type of work.

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier can be integrated with hundreds of apps to automate tasks. Setting up automated workflows and authorize APIs are easy. Zapier has extensive documentation to guide the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes some time to learn the ins and outs and lingo of Zapier (zaps, triggers, labels).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've used Zapier to send Google Forms responses to a spreadsheet, parse important information out of Gmail emails, and to search for and return information from other websites and apps like Formsite, QuickBase, and iCIMS. Once your Zaps are setup, its like having a part-time employee.

Amazing Product

What do you like best about the product?
It makes automating task soooo easy. I'm able to schedule tasks with ease in the background without having to manage them myself. So, it essentially saves me a lot of busy work. The biggest help is with automating contest submissions. Worth the money spent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime the setup is a little tricky with hashtags, and I've ended up with a lot of garbage being pinned to Pinterest. Definitely proceed with caution here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My instagram posts are being pinned to Pinterest. Contest submissions are being sorted, labeled, and saved to the Google Drive. In general, saving time all the way around.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use for people with needs of scripting or automation and integration between apps, without the Need of programming knowledge

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier allows you to chain actions and use the data that is generated in each step, allows you to automate workflows and best of all, you can connect with tools such as Gmail, Dropbox, Google Contacts or Shopify. Zapier also allows different tools to communicate with each other, to execute these tasks. I like the 14 days free trial of this tool, you can try different Zaps or actions, meanwhile you are establishing and forecasting your budget to upgrade to the full version.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the main problem is that it offers such a number of possibilities that, sometimes, it is really difficult to know where to start, in addition to using it you must have a lot of imagination because, automation without imagination does not serve much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I save a lot of time, which normally takes 15 minutes, now it will only take you two minutes and only once, for example, you include a new contact and add it to Google Contacts and you want to add it to other applications, you would first have to complete the information in one and then on the other, well with Zapier you will not have this problem, since thanks to a “zap” you can automate this operation and only add the data only once.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend that you read very well the steps to follow to use this application, especially if you do not have any experience with this type of applications, since it may seem a bit difficult and if you do not know you could give bad opinions about this software.
