Zapier Optimizes my Business
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier makes it so much easier to connect my processes and find new ways to improve both my own business as well as my clients. I like best that options for improvement feel limitless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the software has a bit of a learning curve - there is a lot of detail. But once you get the hang of the basics, it becomes very intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting processes that make it easier to follow up with leads and customers.
Effortless Integration for Shopify—Zapier Makes Everything Work Seamlessly
What do you like best about the product?
I use Zapier to integrate another program with my Shopify store, even though that program isn't directly connected to Shopify. Zapier makes it possible for the other site to work seamlessly for me.
Customer support has been extremely prompt when I've had a question.
I also know that Zapier can be used for many other purposes, and I plan to explore more of its features next year, especially for managing social media. I'm looking forward to creating more Zaps in the coming year!

What do you dislike about the product?
There isn’t much to complain about—my main challenge is simply finding the time to learn how to use Zapier more effectively for my business. I do wish Zapier offered a service where I could hire their team to create the zaps for me, as that would make things much easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I recently switched to AWeber to manage my email subscribers, but unfortunately, it doesn't integrate directly with Shopify. Zapier has helped me bridge this gap by connecting my Shopify website to AWeber.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to automate my administration, such as mailing lists and other tasks. I also use Zapier as a way to connect Xero and Mailchimp and other apps. Love it so far!
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a learning curve for me to become acquainted with the interface which is more technical and less 'user-friendly' than I expected. However, there are help bots and chats available to help you with anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem which turned me onto Zapier was finding a way to use various programs such as Mailchimp, Xero, etc. I also like the option of automating emails to make my workflow more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Zapier is the huge range of integrations it offers. It connects seamlessly with the tools I rely on every day—especially Google Workspace—making it easy to automate tasks across Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Calendar. The platform is also incredibly user-friendly: building workflows is straightforward, even for someone without technical experience. Overall, Zapier makes automation feel simple and accessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
When a problem occurs in a Zap, pinpointing the precise cause of the error can be challenging. If I make a mistake during setup, it’s not always easy to determine exactly where things went wrong. I also find the current testing process limiting, as it only allows for a single example at a time. Once more data is processed, problems can multiply or become more difficult to track down. Having the ability to test with multiple samples would greatly improve the troubleshooting experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool has been very helpful for keeping track of company hours, including sick days, vacation, and bereavement time. It also makes it much easier to create lists with large amounts of data. Since I often need to send letters to different locations, it has been a great help in managing that process as well.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the AI chat feature because it lets me ask questions and assists me in setting up connections whenever I need help.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints about Zapier itself. My frustrations are actually with other software that doesn't integrate properly with Zapier.

Zapier addresses the problem of getting different software and websites to communicate, which used to require me to transfer data manually. It allows me to make better use of my time.

Extremely easy to use and set up. The integration I need is free!

Zapier's Honeybook <> Mailchimp integration has eliminated manual list exports and uploads, making email list management easier than ever.

What I appreciate most about Zapier is how it automates those tedious, repetitive tasks that can be so mind-numbing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once it is set up, it requires almost no maintenance, which is a big advantage. However, I did experience some friction when mapping and configuring the workflow for the first time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, automating routine tasks like categorising emails, generating action items from messages, and adding new publications in my research field to my reading list has saved me an incredible amount of time. These streamlined processes have made my daily workflow much more efficient.

I like how Zapier has integrated the third party apps, like Shopify, which has made the cross platform experience very smooth. Along with some custom coding, Zapier has made our work routine much more easier and automated, saving us both time and effort.

What I love most about Zapier is how much time and stress it has taken off my plate. I use it to automate our consultant assignments and keep our company dashboard updated, and it’s honestly amazing how much work it handles for me behind the scenes. Things that used to take several manual steps now just happen automatically. It’s fast, it’s dependable, and it’s simple enough for someone like me who doesn’t write code. Zapier lets me focus on the meaningful parts of my job instead of getting bogged down in repetitive tasks.

Once in a while, a connected app might update and break a Zap, and I have to reconnect or rebuild part of the process.

Zapier has automated a number of tasks that we were previously doing manually, like adding new customers as contacts to our CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be confusing to set up new Zaps, but I found taking screenshots and using AI was very helpful and I was able to configure them on my own, as a non-tehnical user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting Squarespace to Monday.com to add new customers as contacts, adding new customers of our PDF product to our approved-users list on Digify.com, and sending an automatic confirmation email to the secondary email address in Squarespace.
