The best tool for service connection

What do you like best about the product?
Connect all possible services, even something as innovative as Google Leads already has a connector in Zapier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no problem with Zapier, except for a few times when the service has gone down, but they reacted quickly and the problem was solved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to connect tools as different as CRMs and platforms like Facebook or Google with 3 simple clicks and without any programming

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier has revolutionised how we use our forms and marketing channels. We have built a series of automated features that allow us to see exactly where all our leads come from in one central location. We can then using another integration automatically assign the leads to the relevant departments or account managers. Without zapier this was a huge manual task and we have been able to identify new channels to explore as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how reliant we are now on Zapier as if they have an outage it can negatively impact our business. but this again goes to show how important they have become to us as a business in the SaaS sector.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can see exactly where all our leads are coming from and which channels to increase spends or decrease from one location. We have integrations for our CRM so everything is logged.

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier is very simple to use, and can automate almost any task for you with ease

I don't think there is anything I dislike about it - it works perfectly for the tasks I've automated.

What do you like best about the product?
The number os integrations, and all the triggers and actions. If one app is in Zapier, it's everywhere. Specially thos eintegrations with Googlw Suite.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to use so many steps and tasks to achieve the results I need. Every format, filter or modification of a value is a task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Invoice automation, email communications, dashboards.

Guys, this is awesome. You can integrate things that you never thought about.

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier is used in almost every process where I work it saves hundreds of hours of work with its reliable processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across any downsides since using Zapier.

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier literally connects & automates 50,000+ tasks for me a month - from simple data formatting to more complex tasks of funnelling lead acquisition data to varying MarStack platforms
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes setting up the zaps isn't as straight forward as one would like - and when encountering errors you don't often get lots of information to work with as to where the problem lies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier has solved many of the issues relating to my customer journeys & customer data so that my sales team have all the info they need as it relates to our leads.

Can't live without Zapier.

What do you like best about the product?
As COO I'm responsible for all process. Zapier gave me the ability to just do the things I see. Without any dependencies to developers. I'm using Zapier now in the third company. The processes I set up in the other companies are still running. And it's so simple and transparent to use. Even though the APIs used don't have well named attribute name – as you can see the real values in Zapier, you can really go fast forward!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is really nothing I dislike. Even the support is great! I have tried out other tools like Zapier but they are more complex to use without any benefit. Since Zapier introduced PATH there's really nothing missing. Of course you can only benefit from tools like Zapier if you use tools with public APIs. But most modern software platforms provide those APIs today. Currently there's only one, that I'm missing very much: Notion. But it's on their roadmap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Any kind of process automation. HR, invoice. For another company I automiced the whole purchase to pay and order to pay process. And it just works. For example I have set up a whole candidate workflow automation with GMail Google Sheets and Trello. If there is a task that I have to do more than twice a week I take 15 min (it's not more in most cases) and set up a ZAP.

Just do it, just start and grow.

Zapier is the perfect tool to simplify integrations

What do you like best about the product?
I was always interested in IT but I was no developer. Zapier was the first tool that really helped me to understand how integrations work. It started with adding data to a Google Spreadsheet and now I'm writing my own customs requests through the webhook Zap. Zapier really contributed to all the knowledge I have today about optimizing processes within our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I miss copying previous steps within my zap. I usually, need to recreate certain steps manually that I actually prefer to copy. Zapier is all about optimization but the creation of the Zaps should also be as easy as possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly, automating every manual task within our company. My focus is to automate everything which can be automated so everyone can focus on the work which really contributes to your company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to focus on optimizing work processes than Zapier is your best choice. Even if you're not really familiar with IT, you can still easily optimize and save a lot of dumb manual labour.

What do you like best about the product?
All the available integrations. The opportunities are endless. You can sync data between apps, build and improve your digital funnels or your backend systems. Really, Zapier makes a "before and after" moment. You will not be able to live without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The teams pricing is a bit high. If your zaps are very complex, you'll face a big price barrier since it depends on the number of tasks you want to execute.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation overall. Backend systems, customer service workflows, internal team automations, data management workflows, and a few more use-cases.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are no words to describe the level of innovation of the Zapier's product. Try it and you'll be surprised.

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier helps our company to achieve so much, with such little effort. The development cost reduction and quick setup make this an outstanding pillar as an essential tool for problem-solving, cross solutions integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. The Editor has also been revamped lately with an improved UX.
