Makes integration between platforms a breeze
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier has integration with thousands of apps, which makes it simple for us to use for our selves but also build an integration with, so we do not have to manage hundreds of APIs. The interface and mapping are simple to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
some integrations are very limited and for deeper API connections it would not serve the need fully. Also sometimes you might need to setup the sync many times if you need to do conditional sync.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting our marketing and sales systems together, as well as some other third party apps. We are a SaaS company, and integration is super important to us. Some systems like Salesforce and other, we have built native integrations with but others are easily served with zapier.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to bypass my tech team and get more complicated issues solved quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I forget to turn triggers back on when I'm in the middle of making small edits. I'd love a reminder that says "wait! this is still turned of!"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've automated welcome journeys for one part of the business and integrated an API with our landing pages for another section of the business.

The user interface is pretty straight forward and easy to navigate

Wish it was a bit less expensive, but it does provide good value for the money

I wish i was notified better when changes are made to the zaps i use.

connecting software without using expensive dev word. especially while experimenting.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to quickly connect a patchwork of multiple cloud applications, along with the ability to customize logical pathways through the decision trees.
What do you dislike about the product?
"Paths" could be more intuitive. Not clear to me how to set up a Path where A has an action, but B should have no response.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Turning what used to be multiple actions by multiple people into a single step. For example, we used to have the coaches enter the notes, then somebody else would extrapolate the billing info from the note, and then the billing information would be entered into the billing system. Now, once the note is entered into a form, everything is totally automated.
Indispensable marketing tool
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier helps me do my job quicker and allows me flexibility beyond what my current tools offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its more technical than Zapier would make you think it is so going into thinking its really really easy will be disappointed. While it is easy, you do need to put in some time to understand the intricacies of API, small code, and why/how tools connect to each other.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall benefits is speed to get things done. Specifically, one area is notifications. It sounds basic, but the ability to alert AEs/BDRs of new, hot leads gets us on the phone quicker.

Put in some time to understand how it works, take it slow and you'll be a pro in no time.

I like that I can connect apps that I could not otherwise connect.

Sometimes, you have to take a lot of steps to get the desired result.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can automate so many things - it saves me a ton of time.

What do you like best about the product?
We built an automation suite out of 20 different zaps that help us with our daily business.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints at the moment. The recently added Path feature allowed us to consolidate a lot of existing Zaps into single Zaps and make them more manageable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Combining different tools from our CRM to our Messaging Platform to collecting feedback from users.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The Basic version has a lot of features. In our case we use the professional plan to cover all zaps that are needed.
Zapier saves us tons of time and effort

Zapier helps us get notified of business information as fast as possible. New customers, outstanding invoices, and other forms of accounts receivable automation save us hours every week.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zapier can be tricky to use, and sometimes apps don't always have the triggers and actions I want

Zapier helps us automate lists of customers and leads so we can know where we stand with current customers and reach out to new customers ASAP.

Zapier makes everything easier. We have a ton of automations created that make our workflow work (double work?). Work it, let me work it.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing, it's literally so easy to create zaps. Zap life.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So we use Zapier in a bunch of different ways. When a new sale happens, we update our CRM status to paying customer. We send an email to the customer when we create a new subscription in stripe to allow them to schedule their onboarding call. We send a text message to all our new sign ups. And so much more!

just literally try it out. Then create zaps. Then get your life back and make more sales and fly private. let's go.
