One Stop Shop for Tool Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity of the interface as well as the built-in tools like date formatting and email parsing
What do you dislike about the product?
Some integrations are still fairly light, but usually for niche applications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of customers who want data delivered to them via their internal apps but we want our teams using only 1 central tool. Zapier allows us to propagate data from one place to many other places.
The democratization of software development
What do you like best about the product?
The Zapier builder is a great front-end solution that enables me (technical PM) the ability to reduce my dependence on engineering.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of consistency/standardization of triggers and actions across applications can be frustrating sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to share data across apps, create mvps faster than before, and enable an entirely new level of personalization throughout our products is why we love Zapier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it! Even when you scale and have a $300+ per month bill, running tens of thousands of tasks, compared to a full time dev ($10k per month) Zapier pays for itself.
Easy, but detailed automation for non-coders
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to connect various APIs together. I work at a tech company, but the dev team is always busy with OUR product (which they should be). So when I need to automate marketing tasks I turn to Zapier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only limitations are that Zapier doesn't work with absolutely every system in the world. But beyond that there are still ways that things can be automated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amongst the many Zaps I have running now, I'll take incoming emails, parse them, and send the data into our CRM. I can do this in a round-robin fashion to make sure leads are sent to each of the sales reps equally.

Dive in, give it a try!
Great tool for non-developers to do developer things.

The easy of use and ability to make flexible solutions quickly without having to go through a development team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new update to the design of the task editor makes it more difficult to make quick changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating automated communication flows across multiple platforms.
The glue that holds many of my systems together.

The zap builder and extensive list of integrated apps.

Some of the limits make it difficult for a team like mine to find a plan that provides an equal level of value for the price.

Many! Web form results to Airtable. Production tasks from our customer support software into airtable etc.
Easy to use, but limited

I love that its a fairly inexpensive way to set up syncing between two different softwares

You are extremely limited when it comes to customization--you can only create zaps based on predetermined triggers.

We use many different platforms across our marketing and sales team, Zapier helps us keep data consistent

Before buying, make sure the apps and triggers you need are options
More than enough options
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier offers an unparalleled catalogue of options. There's no integration I can't create with Zapier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The automation process can be a bit strenuous at times and the time it takes to set up an automation isn't quick.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've automated some internal processes through zapier that has created much easier workflows.

Take your time using Zapier. When used correctly, this can be a powerhouse of a machine that will benefit you greatly!
Super Awesome Service
What do you like best about the product?
This service makes integrating my products a cakewalk - if I think it, it can be done. No more of those 'I wish my site did this ...'
What do you dislike about the product?
The zap logic isn't as good as it could be and when you have to make modifications the site isn't user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right now I'm able to easily keep up with my blog based on my Facebook feed, I've streamlined my onboarding process for new employees, and I'm notified when new leads register on my website.
Zapier is easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier is super easy to use. They have tons of integrations. I have created several "Zaps" to fix day to day issues with attribution, lead generation, and Task management. The Gravity Forms zap is really easy and has a ton of flexibility. I love that you can push most zaps into Google Sheets and then pull that data into Google Data Studio. Zapier is the goto product for any API needs that I have.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am completely happy with Zapier. Some of the web apps that integrate with Zapier have limited features. Some web apps that I use do not have a ton of options or triggers so it makes it difficult to use zapier with them. I have had to resort to coding my own API connection so I can push and pull data like I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using this to push automated tasks into our task management system, Salesforce Integrations, Custom excel Reports, Google Data Studio reports. I use Zapier to push my SEO / Server performance into Google Sheets, and then I push this into Data Studio.
Outsanding connections allowing for pure automation
What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use when it comes to processing connections and intuitative interface
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, there is nothing to write here!! The platform is brilliant.
