Best integration tool!
What do you like best about the product?
The possibility of connecting different tools and being able to automate them, saving time, work and money.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, but the free trial could be a bit better.

Zapier can be used to automate so many tasks. It integrates with a lot of different services, and makes it so I can do a lot of automation with minimal coding required.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the "tests" for some of the actions
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
able to create a workflow where I get an email, it is filtered out, then I can execute python code, such as sending a custom message to Slack.
When a ticket is raised in our ticketing software, i can do a short delay, then check again if it has been responded to, and if it hasnt, then send a ping to the helpdesk.

We are trying to advertise toward the marketing list in our CRM. We can connect and target contact list through Zapier and CRM system and do it in a seamless and automatic way

Sometimes connecting software I have to go over various troubleshooting just to find out I made one simple mistake

I want to automate capturing data from leads on my landing page and send it to a google spreadsheet where I can show my team immediately as it happens. The platform can be connected to multiple software and can carry out multiple actions at the same time it's triggered.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use this platform! The UI is very intuitive.

I haven't run into anything I don't like. So far, Zapier meets all my requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier helps me register users for our company webinars by connecting WPForms' submissions on our website to registrants on GotToWebinar, allowing us to drive more traffic to our company website! I also use Zapier to auto-approve certain users to our online learning portal by connecting WPForms' submissions to LearnDash, which saves me time by not manually approving those users.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend giving Zapier a try. It's made my life so much easier!

Zapier is connected with thousands of apps; most likely, it has any app you want to automate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its more expensive than competition and may lack the flexibility to some extent compared with other solutions in the market.

Process automation and simplification.
Love the easy integration between most systems
What do you like best about the product?
Whenever we need to integrate two systems together that do not have a direct integration, we use Zapier. It is straightforward to use once you get used to it and doesn't require too much of a technical background, depending on the level of integration you wish to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be pretty tricky to learn the basics of creating the 'zaps,' and there are some limitations as to the actual integrations you can do. Because of this, you may need someone with a technical background to 'enhance' the integration independently once it's been built through Zapier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When two separate systems we use do not offer a direct integration, such as our internal data system and our CRM, this is where Zapier comes into it's own. It allows us to 'connect' the two systems without relying on our developers or any other third parties where resource is tight.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Spend the time to learn the ropes on it before giving up, it can be tricky at first, but once you get to grips with it, you will love it.
