No-Code Zaps Made Simple
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you don’t need to know how to code in order to create a simple Zap.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free plan has limited amount of connections, so you have to upgrade to a paid plan if you want to have the multi-step zaps for complex connections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We no longer have manually enter data from from Wufoo form submissions onto TrackVia.

What do you like best about the product?
Set and forget automation that helps us be notified of every new sale our team makes. Notifications get triggered on our end numerous times every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing—being the first product of its kind they became the gold standard, and the price shows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without having to look into our DB and other tools, using Zapier ties it all into one up-to-date stream of notifications important to our team.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to connect different apps that I use. My small business website routes new lead information to several different apps so I remain organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I dislike. It can be expensive for power users but I do not need a ton of zaps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy to connect different apps. That may sound trivial but it is super helpful to be able to route information between platform, automate small tasks, etc.

Great to generate automation and love the canvas tool to implement new workflows immediately

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier has a really great free version. They also have a lot of platforms you can connect to, or you can easily find a workaround that works for the automation you are looking to create. I am not very tech-savvy, so an easy-to-navigate platform is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zapier meets all of my needs. I don't have any complaints about the platform.

I currently use Zapier for lead generation.

Zapier provides a huge time savings thanks to the wide range of tools it offers. I find that having access to all these features really streamlines my workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Zapier very easy to use, with numerous integrations almost with every tool and platform online. As someone who creates content on social media alongside a full-time job and family, I appreciate how Zapier makes my workflow less complicated, saving me time and automating my responses. I also use it with Google Suites, my PostgreSQL database, and Manychat. I have a technical background, so the initial setup was very easy for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
As someone who started on a very tight budget, almost with no budget, the price is a challenge. The price itself is very high. I suggest breaking down more packages, or selecting which platforms, tools, and services you are using and pay based on that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zapier to automate my workflows, including auto-replies and integrating with my database. It simplifies my work, saves time, and automates responses, especially for my social media and course registration tasks.
