Easy to Use for Testing, but Zap Costs Are High

It has helped to automate so many important functions in our business. We love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI companion is very good, but it sometimes trips up on more complex automations. I have found AI assistants very knowledgeable about Zapier and they can help with very good instructions to give the AI assistant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It automates so many things in our business. Some that we used to do manually and others that we couldn't do manually. We are always looking for new ways to utilize it
Super fast system integrations done simply with AI
What do you like best about the product?
The speed at which you can connect systems together and how quickly you can solve a problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI part is super clunky and generally I use Chat GPT instead if I need help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier has solved a number of API issues that we had in linking systems. As I learned more about zapier we now also use it for other things like simple email notifications to staff based on an event happening to trigger it or tidying up a database on the fly.
A very stable and very reliable integration platform. Easy and even fun to use!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use with Zapier is truly impressive. Up to now, I have only needed to rely on the pre-configured integrations and apps to set up everything our business requires. Every platform I work with already has prebuilt Zapier integrations, making the ecosystem feel vast. Whenever I had a question, customer support responded quickly with effective solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, setting up more advanced Zaps can require some creative workarounds, especially when dealing with more complex filters, paths, or when the platforms you are connecting do not provide exactly the functionality you need in a single step. However, I have always managed to accomplish everything I needed, whether by using smaller workarounds, creating sub-Zaps, or storing information in tables.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The integration of multiple platforms, including eCommerce, marketing, and social media, is seamless. There is no data redundancy, ensuring that the marketing customer base remains current. Real-time integration with social media platforms further enhances the overall experience.
Great for Connecting Disparate Systems Like Helpdesk and Google Drive

Like our helpdesk platform, getting files stored via URL in a ticket to save in a Google Drive.
Or adding new form entries in one platform into a Google sheet on our company drive.

Many built in connections with existing systems. It's pretty easy to use.

I would like to have the option edit code. I would like to pre filter criteria for the triggers.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to connect almost all of our SaaS platforms and build custom automations unique to your business needs - all without writing a single line of custom code. I can't imagine doing my job without Zapier.

Sometimes certain apps are lacking triggers or actions that I would expect to see.

Keeping various data sources in sync; running automations to ensure timely and accurate data flow across our SaaS environment.
Zapier Helps Prioritize Important Emails, but Lacks Some Microsoft Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
As a developer- I receive more than 100 email per mostly from automated system like code review, deployment, status updates. Having a quick rundown is impossible on hectic days - Zapier integration simplifies by going through each mail and notifying me about the mail requiring my immediate attention.

Few Microsoft products are not into the integration list

Zapier helping me sort out my emails on my busy days. Figuring out which email requires my attention the most in daily email is painfully tedious. With zapier integration into my business email - I can intelligently filter out the essential emails and take actions.

Great Automation Features, But Lacks Live Support on Most Plans

Automating updates, scheduling follow-ups, creating appointments, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that you cannot speak to someone over the phone. It's through live chats or emails, which adds time to deployment or makes troubleshooting very difficult as it can go on for days...
