Great Content. Superior Team
What do you like best about the product?
My 2 favorite things about OpenSesame are there extensive and growing body of content and the professional and attentive staff that genuinely care about my organization’s success.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have some specific requirements unique to my industry. These have only been partially met by the OpenSesame library. However, I admit my needs are relatively unique and I OpenSesame can't be expected to provide content on every single subject. I am confident the materials will be made available to me once they find a suitable source.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OpenSesaem provides a baseline of content on all of our needs other that specific technical topics.

What do you like best about the product?
OpenSesame is very proactive in getting new vendors and different methods of learning into their infrastructure. We appreciate that. We also appreciate the thoroughness of our Customer Success Manager Brenna Behnke. Brenna cares and she is always concerned about how we can maximize the OpenSesame catalog in our Learning and Development environment. She is attentive, reliable, and she is a big part of why OpenSesame is helping our Stratas Foods employees get the learning courses that they need the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. OpenSesame is provide a great service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OpenSesame is providing a high level of eLearning content that not only satisfies our regulatory and compliance requirements, but also invigorates our employees need to learn other topics such as Leadership. Communication, and Stress Management to name a few.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the 1:1 feedback, coaching and assistance that we get from our Account Manager. Very helpful to have this person be a guide as we navigate ever changing laws and lots of content options.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free system, is free but does have it's limitations as expected since it is a free product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Great Content, Super Customer Experience!
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to search and curate OpenSesame courses to customize for your organization. In the last 3 years, OpenSesame has constantly added new quality content publishers with great content and interactive design. With a small L&D team, it is nice to have the great customer support provided by the CSM, Neville, and the OpenSesame curation team. It is a value for the money spent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I know that work is in progress. It would be nice to have more OpenSesame courses available in multiple languages audio/subtitles translated into each course. This will be beneficial for global companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us to quickly curate e-learning courses by skills, competency, and hot topics. They are then uploaded into our learning management system with ease and speed.
Your Learning and Development Sidekick
What do you like best about the product?
OpenSesame's consultative approach in working with its customers is exemplary. There is a lot of robust, consistent and high-quality support that enables their customers to achieve L&D and employee engagement goals. Customer Success Managers (Annie Taylor in our case) are very hands-on and collaborative in their approach, and the partnership has been incredibly helpful to us. The portal is easy to use and navigate, and it's been straightforward to import OpenSesame courses into our LMS. The library of content is beyond extensive!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside - if one can call it that - is the time required to fully maximize the potential of OpenSesame as a partner and a resource.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coming out of the pandemic, OpenSesame helped us to quicky prepare our employees for a changing world. As a resource, it's been invaluable in our change management and managerial upskilling needs. It's also been our go-to for compliance and regulatory training needs.
Best Content Library Source!
What do you like best about the product?
OpenSesame provides a wide range of courses in multiple languages. It helps deliver great engaging training to our employees. The content creator and customer engaging teams are amazing and are always available for anything we may need. They have great Health and Safety, DE&I, Microsoft, leadership courses, that our organization has definitely benefited from. I would recommend OpenSesame to any organization that is looking for an engaging content library platform!
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently have not found anything to dislike from OpenSesame.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OpenSesame is helping us deliver engaging training in skill development, safety, leadership, and DE&I. In result it is helping us develop our employees.
Precision for Medicine - Business Partner feedback
What do you like best about the product?
The variety of course offerings and the customer support is very fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not about disliking, just one quick feedback. Rarely the support team tries to be too fast and may interpret the reported issues inadequately. The case is still solved, but may require 2-3 additional rounds of e-mail exchange to clarify the details.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The corporate compliance training courses and some soft and technical skills trainings. These are essential to our company from legal perpectives and productivity when it is about the soft and technical skills training courses.
OpenSesame is everything we hoped it would be for our employees.
What do you like best about the product?
Our company recently partnered with OpenSesame to provide our employees with bite-sized on-demand development opportunities. We had never had eLearning development opportunities available at our fingertips, so this was a very exciting investment for our employees. We utilize UKG Pro Learning Management system and OpenSesame content is easily integrated into our learning system. We are starting year 2 of our contract and have seen a steady, upward trend from our 3,000+ employee users. Feedback we have received about our content includes appreciation the variety of content offered and the ease of use. Our OpenSesame Customer Success Team has also been instrumental in our initial success! I can't say enough positives about them. Overall, we are very pleased with our OpenSesame experience. We look forward to another great year of development in 2024!
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now, I can't think of any downsides to using OpenSesame, as we are only in our second year of usage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OS is not really solving problems for us, They are helping us provide new DEI content, leadership content, and overall general business skills, in which, we had very minimal hands on learning available.

Nothing. OpenSesame is an excellent company!

OpenSesame creates a slate of courses for me to review and select to align with organization's core competencies. Doing so saves me time!

What do you like best about the product?
First and foremost, the support we receive from our respresentatives at OpenSesame – everyone we've met with is both happy & helpful.
Secondly, you can really find some high quality courses, as there are so many different publishers and topics available. Additionally, they're always adding new publishers and provide you with a synopsis on each!

There are so many courses to choose from and the Curation team didn't necessarily understand our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing development across various topics, in the form of e-Learning, to our employees, as our L&D team does not have the badwidth to create internal courses to cover all necessary/desired topics.
