One stop shop
What do you like best about the product?
The team you get to work with for customer service is a huge benefit of the platform. The flexibility to have custom content created is wonderful. The website is easy to navigate. There is also no waiting period to get the content you need over to your LMS.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time, there is nothing to dislike about OpenSesame.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do not have any problems right now!

No real downsides or complaints. The amount of courses in their library can seem overwhelming but there are good search features and account managers that can help you find exactly what you are looking for.

Great customer service and catalog
What do you like best about the product?
I work with Richard White from OpenSesame. He is attentive and goes above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. He is consistent, quick to resolve issues with a friendly and helpful attitude. Working with Richard and the OpenSesame team to create a custome bundle that works for us has been a positive experience from the ease of implementation to the user friendly admin system. OpenSesame has a great selection of training courses. Overall, the team is very knowledgeable and they provide excellent follow-up after the service was completed, making sure their client is completely satisfied.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything at the moment that I dislike about OpenSesame.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OpenSesame's wide selection of safety training course help us not only meet requirements, but ensure our employees are well trained for the job.
Great provider and partner
What do you like best about the product?
We really like the outstanding customer support, the ongoing improvements and additions to the course packs, and the wide variety of topics. Being a global company, we also appreciate the availability of courses in multiple languages. Our L&D team finds it easy to download the SCORM files for our LMS.
What do you dislike about the product?
Two things I'm not so thrilled about: first, it's sometimes hard to find the content that we need for a particular audience. I know the OpenSesame team helps with curation but they also provide a lot of options that may not be suitable. Secondly, not all publishers are equal. Of the 25000+ courses in the library, there's "hit and miss" in every topic, and a few of them have evaluations that allow to obtain metrics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great variety of courses in multiple languages. Good balance between soft skills training, technical content, and compliance education.

I’ve had an excellent experience with OpenSesame, especially with their Customer Service Managers. They are always responsive, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond to ensure our needs are met. The level of support they provide has been invaluable, making it easy to implement and manage training solutions effectively.
Additionally, OpenSesame offers an impressive range of content. The variety and depth of courses available cover a wide range of topics, ensuring there’s something for everyone, from compliance to leadership development. It’s been a great resource for enhancing our team’s skills and driving continuous learning within the organization. Highly recommend!

We have found nothing that we dislike. We’ve had a fantastic experience with OpenSesame, particularly with their Customer Service Managers. Their team is consistently responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our needs are met. The support they offer has made managing our training solutions seamless.

OpenSesame is effectively solving the problem of providing a diverse and comprehensive training library that meets the varied needs of our employees. Whether it's compliance training, leadership development, or role-specific learning, OpenSesame offers a wide range of high-quality content that ensures we have the right resources at our fingertips.
OpenSesame has always been helpful, service oriented and quick to respond.
What do you like best about the product?
My quarterly meeetings with Annie are the most helpful. It almost always feels like there is so much more to chat about in regards to training needs, opportunities, and strategy discussion.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I could choose one thing that I don't love is that some of the trainings that I have wanted to use over the years are not part of the "Plus" subscription. I do, however, understand that may not be on the fault of OpenSesame, but rather the content creators.

There is a wide variety of training topics available from many different vendors, making it easy to find a fit for your company.

Training from some of the vendors can be less user friendly than others.

OpenSesame provides the majority of our safety and professional development eLearning courses. This helps our employees be safe, but also learn valuable business skills.
Exceptional Backbone to your L&D Program
What do you like best about the product?
I champion OpenSesame for the wealth of educational tools available in it's content package. There's a variety of pubishers that offer options to fit every learning style in addition to the vast amount of content made available to it's users. The software is easy to navigate and upload into an existing HRIS platform. OpenSesame's Customer Service is next to none. The team is very accomodating and willingto answer any questions as well as step up to the plate to troubleshoot issues when they arise. OpenSesame has created the backbone behind my company's L&D program that has only enhanced capabilities for learners and administrators as well. There is no other company I would consider parterning with to supplement our L&D program.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing negative to say about OpenSesame. It fit's the needs of my organization compeltely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OpenSeasme proviodes a variety of solutions from skill building to closing skill gaps. It allows employees who are curious about others areas of business or want to further knowledge in a very specific area to aquire the neccesary skills needed that they otherwise may not get internally or have the ability to aquire out side of the organization. It's a long term cost effective solution that can decrease attrition withina an organization over time.

The selection of materials, the customer service, the efforts they make to ensure we are always informed.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of cartoonish courses, but others enjoy those more than I do. With this in mind, I appreciate the variety they provide for all learning styles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have a course to meet almost every need that arises in my organization. If they do not have a course, they will reach out to publishers directly to identify if they can create one. My CSM and the content curations teams go out of their way to help me in every situation where I have a need that I am struggling to address.

What do you like best about the product?
Open Sesame is very easy to use, has a lot of courses to choose from and I find the quarterly meetings with our account manager very beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main thing is that we would like more courses in Spanish for our team in Spain. Sometimes the selection is a bit more limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Open Sesame provides a wide range of courses to our staff and fulfills our need for compliance training to be completed by all annually.
