Outstanding Support and Personalized Service from Open Sesame
What do you like best about the product?
Open Sesame offers extensive support to its customers through a variety of channels. They organize monthly webinars focused on relevant L&D topics, deliver prompt troubleshooting help when needed, and provide tailored curation assistance via their dedicated in-house team. Additionally, their customer support team ensures clients are well-informed by holding one-on-one quarterly meetings to discuss new publishers, platform innovations, and any recent changes.
Open Sesame has an enormous and ever-growing catalog. It's easy to find, preview, and load courses into our LMS. Everything is very user-friendly!

What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboards take a long time to load, which discourages me from using them as frequently as I might otherwise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a very small team within a large company, using Open Sesame for content has enabled us to concentrate on developing our own internally-focused and branded courses. At the same time, we are still able to provide a wide range of content across various subject and competency areas.
Outstanding Course Selection and Exceptional Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
Great (and increasing) selection of e-learning courses; excellent and responsive customer service. The platform is easy to search and use, and the resulting materials integrate well into our LMS, Docebo. I use Open Sesame frequently in the course of my work to source training to meet emerging learner needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
May be missing some niche content, depending on industry, though they make an effort to continually source.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With a large and rapidly growing organization spread across the country, our training needs are broad, and OpenSesame provides the training we don't have time to create internally, allowing our internal team to create maximum value.
Engaging, Up-to-Date Courses with Fast Content Updates
What do you like best about the product?
The course contents are interesting and valuable. The update of the content and vendor are fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Retiring courses are informed later. It would be good if the retired courses can state "Retired" instead let the users wait in the Loading screen.

Mostly helps users to better understand in technical or soft skill area.

OpenSesame makes learning easy from start to finish. Their platform is simple to navigate, so users can quickly find what they need without feeling overwhelmed. Getting started is just as smooth — the setup process is straightforward, and the system successfully saves teams a lot of time and frustration. What really makes OpenSesame shine, though, is their customer support. Their team is responsive, friendly, and genuinely cares about helping customers get the most out of the platform. Between the ease of use and great support, OpenSesame has built a reputation for making workplace learning both effective and effortless.

Truthfully, I cannot think of any negatives or things I dislike about OpenSesame.

OpenSesame is helping solve the challenge of finding and managing quality training content for employees. Instead of spending hours searching for courses or dealing with complicated learning systems, everything is available in one easy-to-use platform. It offers a wide range of topics from trusted providers, which makes it simple to build learning programs that fit different roles and skill levels. Overall, OpenSesame makes training more accessible, consistent, and engaging — helping teams grow their skills while saving the company time and effort.

like that we have several options in each department and each title
What do you dislike about the product?
it would be great that we have more titles about for example fleets, if we can share more than one list at a time and finally it would be appreciated if the courses were more up to date.

it is really helping with developing our employee's skills and making our company not just a working place but also a place they can lean in and get more knowglage

This is a great training course for anyone; it has over 50,000 training courses and I definitely would recommend this to anyone.

there are nothing that I would dislike about this program.

There are no problems, it is very easy and definitely has a great understanding of all course.
My tryst with Opensesame
What do you like best about the product?
The platform provides a diversified set of quality, relevant courses that address a wide range of learning needs, from onboarding to leadership development. The platform's intuitive design and range of material has dramatically increased learner engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say for technical courses, the content does not reflect the current trends in the industry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped our staff pursue industry-recognized certifications like as PMP, Agile, Scrum, and AWS. The platform provides well-structured, up-to-date learning routes that are consistent with certification standards and exam requirements.

Great resource for small L&D teams
What do you like best about the product?
Our CSM is so helpful and knowledgable. She is always available to support, answer questions, and brainstorm with our small L&D team. We see her as an extension of our team. Open Sesame has been a great way for us to quickly scale organizational wide development programming to all within our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Continued focus on early access to courses related to emerging technology (ie. AI).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With our lean L&D team, OS has helped us to deliver competency based learning and compliance training quickly to our organization. The Plus catalog gives us the ability to nimbly update our learning paths and internal catalog with timely and relevant courses.
Great Support, Time Savings, and Better Content
What do you like best about the product?
Our sales rep and CSM are both PHENOMENAL. They are quick to answer questions, they are able to come up with creative solutions to problems, and they understand our business needs and will do everything they can to accommodate them. One of the biggest benefits of making the switch is time savings. We found that across all required compliance trainings, we are saving an average of 130 MINUTES per team member. Since we have over 5,000 team members, that time savings turns into cost savings for our company! We have found great content in different languages that is actually engaging, which we never thought was possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are A LOT of choices, and unfortunately, not every course has just one course file for multiple languages. I know this is something they're pushing publishers to do, but it can be challenging when we're trying to make the end user experience seamless

Providing engaging compliance training that meets legal and OSHA requirements. As mentioned before, the time savings with Open Sesame is an average of 130 minutes across all compliance trainings.
