Platform is good to interact people from other sites and appreciate them for their work.
What do you like best about the product?
Pre-written appreciation messages which helps a lot of people to write good feedback about someone's work. Reminder's about the employees Birthday's and work anniverseries.
What do you dislike about the product?
People should be allowed to have a private conversation with their friends. People should be allowed to create their own groups and there should be some tasks as well for employees to earn some XOXOday points.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making lives easier for everyone by simply allowing them to get their work appreciated on a large scale which makes people feel good and they intend to work harder which eventually helps the organization to reach bigger goals.

nothing as such. But it takes too long to appreciate the peers.

What do you like best about the product?
It gamifies the work culture in the company. This urges upscaling and encourages doing better every day and getting rewarded for it. Building their way up 1 XOXO point at a time.

The UI can be improved. It would have been better if the design was more user-friendly and modern.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the mundane aspects of working from home, leading to and initiating interaction between employees. This makes working from home enjoyable and results in more optimal relationships and work outcomes.

Very easy to use, with clear instructions and correct details. Even a non-tech person can also understand and use this.

its already the best so no need to change .

It gives me gift cards for my hard work from the company, also has many companies associated with it so that i can use it any where like myntra etc

What do you like best about the product?
Since I submitted this as an idea, spotlight is very close to me, and I find it a very healthy platform to interact with people and appreciate them for their job well done.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now. At times I did come across a few website stuck cases; however, it is smooth now. One change that we can bring in is to make the App version easier to work with the phone. I am having difficulty installing the app version.

What do you like best about the product?
Nudges in form of notification, integration with MS teams, insights about milestones and building collaborative mindset for colleagues across the globe. The integration of points with leading players provide a wide gamut of options to employees. Gamification in terms of leadership board for people using it is excellent too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such. It can provide specific nudges to employees who have not used this and more so to managers and leaders.

Everything is so bright and the features to appreciate others as well as the platform to organize something like events and the best thing is we can post pictures.

It has solved the problem of appreciating someone in our campaign only, now we can appreciate our agent or manager in front of whole TaskUs through Empuls.

Redemption data procurement is what I like about the product the most. It was effortless to draw analytics around the redemption data to maximise revenue and better serve the consumer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search engine behind the product needs to be robust. Today it forces me to select a specific category and search for it. If a global search could be provided, that would be helpful.

It provides a loyalty management solution, and it benefits us to offer loyalty benefits to repeat consumers. Our loyalty program, backed by the system, is attracting more and more consumers on our platform
