What do you like best about the product?
Hi guys, I'm using xoxoday for the last 2weeks while using and buysing products in xoxoday is very easy and simple also products quality is very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Buying some products order also done after order has been cancelled
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have delivery dely problem I'll rise the ticket then next day my order has been delivered

It allows to add the money to some wallets which is very useful

There is nothing that I dislike. Its user friendly

Helping to redeem my rewards quickly and offering many options to choose from.
Exciting and looking-forward experience on the various offers available when I redeem points.

I think the problem Xoxoday is solving is the ease of exchanging points at the comfort of your own mobile in just a few clicks.

They are super competent, their software is very good and customer service is excellent

You can only sign in as a company, not personally

The ease of use and the friendly interface are very helpful. Also, the customer support was fantastic when I needed help one time.

There are not a lot of emojis or reactions to use when responding to comments from colleagues

Using Xoxoday as a corporate rewards platform is as easy and simple as sending someone you adore a heartfelt text message from your smartphone. Xoxoday has a multitude of great reward and voucher options to celebrate your success or to mark your important milestones. Its user experience is simply great. It provides you immense satisfaction of choosing a worthy reward according to your taste and choice. I used Xoxoday just recently to celebrate my 20-year work anniversary, and I must say I am totally satisfied. Xoxoday makes your day!
What do you dislike about the product?
Xoxoday's user experience is great. It can be enhanced if clarity about points and codes, login requirements, and voucher mechanism is provided upfront on the landing page. For example, if I want to redeem a code for an apparel brand, it would be great if a brief about how I can use my voucher for purchasing clothes of that brand is provided along with store details. That would help me take informed decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
I had difficulty redeeming a reward. The link to redeem was not working. Customer support was able to resolve this issue quickly and I was able to redeem $25 for an Amazon Gift Card!

I initially had difficulty contacting customer support and was not getting a response. I finally found the correct website to allow me to communicate with them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My initial problem was inability to redeem a reward due to links not working.

The Ease of use of the platform nowadays are not that hard to get by. It has a lot of features like work recognition to clubs that help employee enjoy work life balance. The customer support is great! They will make sure that everything will be okay.

Hope they will find a way to exchange the point with less charge.
