I had issues in receiving the email update, got in touch with the customer support and they quickly resolved it.
Great Catalogue,seamless experience and excellent customer support.
What do you like best about the product?
I have used this service to claim company-provided gift vouchers twice, and I must say it was a seamless experience. The customer support is also great as they helped me redeem a gift card after 11 months of issuance, which I had missed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have used this twice and have not faced any issues.

I had been issued two gift cards from my company, and the website services helped me get my choice of gift card.

What do you like best about the product?
We are a completely remote company at Fox Logistics with team members in the US and abroad. To quickly and easily reward our team for one-off accomplishments, anniversaries, or earned rewards is a quick token of appreciation for the hard work they do in support of our organization. On top of that, XoXo provides direct access to a wealth of vendors in numerous countres - precisely what a company like ours needs!
What do you dislike about the product?
Other than some slight settings issues, not much to dislike at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We strive to make sure our remote team feels appreciated. Xoxo allows us to quickly reach each team member and reward them for the hard work and dedication to our organization day in and day out. Morale is boosted through signs of appreciation, and gratitude is felt through action. We accomplish both with XoXo which is tremendous!

Prompt response from the customer care and they make sure until the issue is resolved.

Searching for vouchers is not so user friendly, User Interface could have been better.

I never knew until now that there are so many online shopping websites. This helped me go through different sites and look for the best bargain prices for the things I intended to buy.

I liked the variety of vouchers. You could buy almost anything.

Bit of a delay in getting OTP and vouchers.

It makes it very easy to send gifts to employees. Also, it provides more than enough options for redemption.
