Simple and easy to use platform for recognizing and rewarding your team mates
What do you like best about the product?
You get redeemable points when someone recognizes you which is actually a neat concept. The points can later be redeemed from their inbuilt catalog. Lot of options to redeem the points.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've been using the platform for the last few months now and haven't found anything bad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The employee recognition and rewarding was something that we were looking for sometime and Empuls has been really helpful. The pulse survey is also a great way to get employee feedback.

The reward option is excellent and encouraging for employees, which in the end, helps in a commendable rise in the employee engagement rate.

A regular update on deals will be nice with a wide variety of offers.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. At present, there is no way to view the history of coupons or point credited by my company. The only thing it shows is the redemption list. It would be great to consider the coupons & points history credited by the company.
2. It would also be great to get a notification (SMS, WhatsApp, email) starting one month before a coupon/points expire.
3. Slightly more extended expiry date as few people like me loves to redeem these points to buy something worth, considering the pandemic situation also people may need little more time.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used it to redeem my points/coupons for different vouchers and used them to purchase gadgets and other stuff. It gives me multiple options to choose from and fulfill my wishes.
Lot of options to redeem through their inbuilt gift catalog.
What do you like best about the product?
The townhall group is always active and a good way to keep track of all the news that is happening across the company. Also, the option to create out of work groups is a good idea to keep things casual. Bring people with similar hobbies together.

From an end user perspective, I have not found any cons yet. Will update if there are any.

The employee intranet has been really helpful in keeping all our employees engaged on a single platform. The reward points are also a good way to motivate your team mates.

The customer support was really prompt in resolving my queries. Loved the fine dining and the tours experience options. Overall, I had a positive experience with Xoxoday.

I've used the platform only a few times and there have been no complaints yet.

I was trying to redeem my reward points on Plum and it's easy to navigate through the platform without any support. Would definitely recommend Plum for all kinds of gifting

The townhall is a really great idea and helps keep our employees up to date with the latest company updates. I love the option to create groups on the platform. Definitely recommend the product.

Been using this platform for about 6 months now and nothing to dislike about it.

One of the major benefits we have observed is that Empuls has brought together all our employees in a single place. The instant recognition and the peer-to-peer awards keep our employees motivated.
