What do you like best about the product?
The number of options that is there in the app.

Till now I did not had any dislike on this app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems some time the page never opens on mobile phones . I am not sure about the issue of it as it will be fully blank white page. Benifits - number of option to redeem

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly and easy to use. A thing that one would love to recommend to his peers. Positive reviews are just icing on the cake. Interface is very interactive

Nothing to dislike about it. It's easy and lovely to use. But sometimes, I won't get enough notifications on my mail. This thing we can improve to make it more accessible

Just working on gift cards and day to day stuff.

You can get in touch with customer service in just a few seconds.

You cant check the validity of your cash vouchers, say for eg. you have two vouchers from different dates, they will be pooled in the same account and its hard to tell which expires when.

You can hold your cash ina different way basically as vouchers which is a good thing

Reward workflows need a bit of cleaning. Social media integration could be extended to additional platforms.
Analytics / Reporting is too basic. Self-serve reporting would be a value add.

Remote Working challenges (Being in a different time zone than teammates)—employee engagement - Increased bonding between team members, sense of togetherness.
Townhall - We conduct fortnightly Townhall to exchange an update on all aspects of the business, and Empuls is our central platform to share this information.

One of the best platforms to have in the current pandemic situation, which demands a hybrid work model - WFO + WFH.
Empulse can easily enable the Human Resource team in solving Team Engagement, Rewards Recognition, and Communication. The platform would reduce the time and effort required to set up all these processes and workflows.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Empuls is the notification that we receive consistently regarding Birthday & work Anniversaries. We get the opportunity to wish our friends and colleagues in the organization. We send positive vibes being part of everybody's happiness.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now, as updates are good and nothing goes unnoticed, we get to interact with all colleagues within the organization. Everything is excellent, be it the user interface or the looks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Empuls has reduced my major problem, and now I don't miss out on any of my colleague's birthdays or Work anniversaries or even their achievements like star performers. It feels excellent to congratulate them on their day of happiness.

I am satisfied with all the services you are giving but the one thing I will mention is the time you are taking to deliver the order is very long. Try to make it somehow less.
