What do you like best about the product?
Engagement platform and is simple user friendly

nothing as of now seems alright may be user support or integration with different application

1. The options available to redeem the voucher.
2. The stellar customer support- very responsive.
3. The ease of use - addition/deletion of members; sharing of vouchers.

What do you dislike about the product?
If we could have more icons for awards in the options list it would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Easiness in rewarding a deserving itizen(employee)
2. A common platform where every internal recognition can be appreciated by all the (itizens)employees
3. Not having to worry about what might be the best reward to an individual(itizens)
Also, earlier, if we reward an employee (itizen), procurement to delivery required a lot of time. This is instantaneous- we are able to reward them right when they are recognised and hence maintain the right feel of the recognition.

UI/UX could be improved a little more, and considering adding a few more features into it after finding the user pain points and expectations

Also, I like that you offer multiple services or e-gift cards for different portals so we can redeem our rewards for various portals or sites. I am really happy that our org is part of this system.

Nothing here to dislike. But you can add more services here that we can use directly from your portal itself.

It's a great way to reward employee contribution to an organization through digital means and give the flexibility to employee to decide how he/she want to utilize that reward amount

All the information is well categorized in Xoxoday, and able to quickly identify them when we match the exact category and tons of options available, so it is easier to choose the best one that suits us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having two credit points since both serve the same purpose, I wouldn't say I liked it, which creates confusion and unable to find some solution that describes the usage case of both.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I tried to find the purpose of Xoxocredits since I could not find the option while checking out to use them. Later with the help of customer service, I was able to find a way to use them and successfully got benefited from it.

It's a great platform that helps the users to get motivated with what they are doing by sharing some rewards, coupons, etc.,
