Great UI
What do you like best about the product?
Love how easy to use it is and the amount of gift card options Empuls provides!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. I haven't faced any hurdles yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Employee engagement and interaction during the WFH scenario. It provides a connection between employees and motivates everyone to perform better.
Engaging with the team members on such an interactive platform creates a positive social impact.
What do you like best about the product?
Reminders of birthdays and work anniversaries and putting GIFS in conversations is genuinely unique.
What do you dislike about the product?
The GIFs variety and suggestions after typing are sometimes not helpful and are very limited. Also, the UI can be much better.

Interaction with people of same or different organizations

1. The options available to redeem the voucher.
2. The stellar customer support- very responsive.
3. The ease of use - addition/deletion of members; sharing of vouchers.

What do you dislike about the product?
If we could have more icons for awards in the options list it would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Easiness in rewarding a deserving itizen(employee)
2. A common platform where every internal recognition can be appreciated by all the (itizens)employees
3. Not having to worry about what might be the best reward to an individual(itizens)
Also, earlier, if we reward an employee (itizen), procurement to delivery required a lot of time. This is instantaneous- we are able to reward them right when they are recognised and hence maintain the right feel of the recognition.

UI/UX could be improved a little more, and considering adding a few more features into it after finding the user pain points and expectations

Also, I like that you offer multiple services or e-gift cards for different portals so we can redeem our rewards for various portals or sites. I am really happy that our org is part of this system.

Nothing here to dislike. But you can add more services here that we can use directly from your portal itself.

No, wait for rewards. Because of your system we got our rewards ASAP.
