An Epic Media to share with friends and managers at work
What do you like best about the product?
Rewards and Recognition help every employee to work harder. Proper employee communication was missed during this pandemic era, and I think this is the best platform where an employee's work will be appreciated and boosted.
What do you dislike about the product?
Amazon Pay is not available in the rewards section. The value of reward points. And more and more competition. So that most people will participate and it will be more enjoyable. It's still in the beta stage and needs much more improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bonding problems between colleagues and managers. Working environment problems during the pandemic era. Rewards are the significant benefits, and recognition is too.

the card is easy to use and great and prompt service from the customer service

initially I was not sure how to claim the gift card as it did not explain clearly on email. since it's also an external email, I was being careful that it could be a phishing email

I learned how to claim and convert the gift card. It's very flexible as you can convert to merchants of your choice. lots of selection to pick

In Dec 2021 I got Rs 500/- as a reward from Xoxoday...I got a pleasant shock...Relevant to this the mail transactions were at a lightning speed. Later I came to know that it was given by a survey company through Xoxoday...I was so thrilled and completely satisfied with the support, effort & professional ethics shown .All xoxoday employees have the same goals...in making the customers at ease and peaceful. May God bless Xoxoday..
Its a great way for engaging and supporting co workers so i think it is a brilliant tool.

I like everything about getting to know important milestones of coworkers, publicly acknowledging their good work and to motivate the entire team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I received an email 2-3 times asking me that my points are expiring and I can nominate a coworker but on clicking the link there were 0 points. Also the UI can be better

getting to know important co-worker milestones. engaging with them in a WFH setup.

Every category is well segregated and it makes the selection easier. The menu is well organised.

No downsides that i can think of. Everything is well sorted.

It is the go-to place for employees recognition and appreciation. Employees can make use of the gift coupons. That encourages them to be more productive at work

I was gifted the Xoxoday Plum points twice by my organization, and I was pleased with the wide range of offers available on the Plum platform. The points on Plum platform came with a validity of one year, though I used them within a few months only. My overall experience was good, and it is a good platform if you want to gift someone, and you are indecisive about what to give, just gift the Plum points!
