Nothing to dislike. All features are great.

I have tried to lot's of app of similar purpose but this is by far the best Easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
Appreciation is best the part of Empuls. Monthly Rewards are also the best part.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think nothing. But need to add a dislike button.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1.Will show every post reached people. The benefits, We can communicate with office friend or colleagues.

Empuls is very interesting tools, where we feel all employees of the company is working in a team.
What do you like best about the product?
Few interesting features like the categorization of teams and the whole company employee-wise. Motivate section.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inactive employees are shown on the employee list. Like, Motivate--> View Leaderboard section, inactive employees are showing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can see all events occurring in the company is displayed at a glance.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Please remove the inactive employees or resigned employees from the Leaderboard Monthly list section.
A must have tool to keep your employees motivated
What do you like best about the product?
I like the wide range of gift options to choose from. I am not restricted to certain brands or categories. Right from shopping for clothes or shoes or make up till dine-in or petrol, anything that we need! Great platform and very easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, didn't find anything that is not likable. The UI is also very user-friendly and I am personally loving every bit of this platform. I'd recommend all organizations adopt this to keep their employees motivated to do better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are essentially focusing on keeping our employees motivated through tokens of appreciation. The employees within the org (in any rank) can appreciate their colleagues. This is what we need in today's time because appreciation need not necessarily come from your manager. It could be from your teammates as well.
Empuls is a best platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like most about the Empuls is how the people celebrate birthdays, work anniversaries and motivate one another on the special professional event . It is good as compared to other online platforms
What do you dislike about the product?
In my opinion, I don't dislike anything about Empuls. Everything is working fine, but sometimes the gift points which we redeem in the form of virtual mastercard creates some issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some issues I faced while doing at Empuls because at many of the places, my virtual MasterCard was not working.The benefits I found is that we can use the geft points at many other online platforms.

Please allow the gift points to work on the daraz storefront.

Sometimes, the website is slow. I think the speed can be worked upon.

Ability to motivate the employees and appreciate the hard work done. Its a good tool with good visibility.

Use the wonderful tool more! It definitely creates the right impact

What do you like best about the product?
The points system which Empuls has as an inbuilt function is really enticing for employees. Also, the ability to react to posts in multiple ways is also a key differentiator.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing which Empuls can work on is the user interface. Navigating and searching can sometimes be a little tricky. Even the suggestions given at homepage dashboard can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Empuls has boosted employee engagement to a greater extent. Using different channels to classify between topics has really helped. The appreciation feature has motivated employees and has given them a sense of satisfaction for the hard work they put in.

It is a one-stop platform for employee engagement and intercompany information sharing.
