Very successful product in its field.

It is a very useful product for company employees to have secure internet access from their homes as they switch to home office working order.

Forcepoint cloud security gateway product does not have any downsides.

What do you dislike about the product?
The support is not no skilled and takes a lot of time to solve most of the tickets.
We has some issues during the initial setup because the endpoint was not stable running on Windows operating system
Web content gateways requires much system resources on Hyper-V (6 vCPUs and 12GB RAM at least)
Some features are only accessible as Super Admin (also reports from the Advanced File Analisys)

I'm able to securize all computers and laptops. Easier management of the endpoints.

Forcepoint is a good product, once it is implemented and running you can quite forget about any other implementation

What do you like best about the product?
The system is stable and secure. I very like the console management and the support. The agent installed in the pcs is very useful and a self solved utility with the logs collection.
We are using this product since a few years.
Best features: Content Filter for Laptop, HTTPS inspection, Single Sign on via AD. Is the best solution also for save money in a long term way.

What do you dislike about the product?
Initially we had a little bit difficult with the deployment of the agent and the next release. But after some hours with the support we solved the issue and now we are ready and autonomy in case of problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Filtering, Exception policies for user specific access, reporting, URL reclassification are some of the best. These provide vast features and options to make a particular requirement work.

Actually i like Forcepoint cloud Gw ,because you can't think maitenance ,management. Sandbox feature is most effective ,you can report whatever you want 30 seconds. ,also you can create custom reports.

sometimes, i research some mail who send us mail maybe in quarantina ,But ı can't see the from address basically.I see like prvs=96813efcc0 bla bla...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Actually we didn't meet any problems about device and software. But firstly when we migrate our tools to Forcepoint Cloud GW ,our vendor support us.

Web filtering was an issue, in addition to data loss prevention and email security.
This solution has allowed us to solve this pain point and focus on our other security related needs.

Management and operations are very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not integrated with local Forcepoint DLP solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don’t get more Antispam nd antivirus before it.
Blocking of suspicious emails from outside
What do you like best about the product?
Blocks suspicious domains without you feeling it, the url analysis feature is really cool. The spam filter feature is useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest problem I've had so far was during the upgrade. It is really difficult to upgrade.

All mails sent to our company from outside to inside and from inside to outside pass through Forcepoint and are filtered. We work on 2 virtual appliances. We make extra protection by integrating with the sandbox.

URL analysis and Spam Filter features are really advanced. Many suspicious mails are filtered on Forcepoint. With URL analysis, we also block mails from suspicious domains.
What do you dislike about the product?
Writing policy is a bit complicated I would expect this screen to be easier. Other than that, there is no feature I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Incoming and outgoing mails of all users and systems in our company pass through Forcepoint. Mail Gateway, which we integrated with the Sandbox product, is doing many successful filtering. Sometimes it can miss spam.

What do you like best about the product?
With URL analysis, suspicious domains that send mail are blocked before the user sees them. Spam filter is really good and useful in anti virus filter.
What do you dislike about the product?
reporting and logging part can be easier. This area can be colored a little more here for years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All mails from inside to outside and from outside to inside pass through the forcepoint. Thus, we monitor suspicious and risky situations. We are moving our security level higher with DLP and Sandbox integration.
