safe and trouble-free mail exchange
What do you like best about the product?
I really like and like external header, spam filter, url analyz filter. we also block according to file type
What do you dislike about the product?
Writing politics is a bit complicated, nested screens can tire first-time users
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of our users perform their mail exchange under the control of forcepoint. We have a topology integrated with the dlp product and sandbox product we use.

What do you like best about the product?
You can write information in the subject part of external mails. This is a very good feature to raise user awareness.
What do you dislike about the product?
Spam Filter also sometimes cannot detect external mail. Therefore, you may encounter spam.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Forcepoint Mail Gateway to control mail traffic of all our company users and prevent suspicious mails from entering the system. With sandbox integration, we check the attachments in the mail.

I like and use URL analysis and Spam filter features, we protect ourselves from suspicious external emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can pass spam sometimes, in this case, you should be careful to avoid danger.

We control the mail exchange of all our users in our company. We protect emails and keep them safe from any cybercrime that may occur in our company.
Usefull and Easy Admin Interface
What do you like best about the product?
The working system of Sandbox architecture is quite different. In other products, all attached mails are sent to the sandbox, but forcepoint is able to react with static analysis.Our security team is constantly testing for current threats.
What do you dislike about the product?
The log management screen needs to be improved.very urgent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
played a huge role in closing the necessary gaps.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to prioritize security, definitely try it. It is a great program and a simple program in every sense. the resolution process is very fast and successful.
Easy And Usefull Admin Interface
What do you like best about the product?
We are very pleased with its simultaneous use with Forcepoint DLP. In addition, comfortable rules on the product are very nice. Categories are quite simple

We did not find a feature that we were not generally satisfied with. The product is able to perform every stage it has committed

We have used Forcepoint e-mail security product for many years. Since I work in the security team, if I share my experience in this field, I can say that it works integrated with the data security product. When it is Data security and e-mail security Forcepoint, it provides a complete working environment and provides complete control. What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature of Forcepoint ESW is to manage logs from a single center and view real time email traffic

Writing LDAP queues during LDAP authentication during installation can be problematic. However, we were able to produce solutions quickly thanks to the competent staff providing forcepoint support

I used it at my old institution. I used a different product in my new location, but we recommended this product because we had some problems and now we have started using this product. Span check is successful and virus signature database is constantly up to date

Forcepoint E-Mail GW stands out especially with its sandbox integration and I love this feature. Its filters are really good.

Sometimes it can be spammed, but other products will not be able to do it. There is never such a thing as 100%.

We control and filter the emails coming from outside and all mails sent to our users. We block suspicious emails and protect our users.
