Automate anything, keep your teams in sync
What do you like best about the product?
As a Product Manager, Coda is my most valuable daily-use internal tool. Think of it as a combination of a Google Doc, Excel Spreadsheet, Airtable, Asana, and Zapier that helps you nail collaboration and communication - especially if you are a distributed team. Some critical use cases we've used Coda for: portfolio management and project progress visibility for the entire company, design system documentation and requests for changes/bug reporting, team project management and roadmap planning, team standup/meeting facilitation and note taking. Because of the flexibility of Coda and the sheer number of "Packs" (read: integrations) with 3rd party tools, your team is limited only by your imagination. With all that power, you'd think implementation would be a beast, but it isn't! Even complex features like custom formulas are made brutally easy to configure, thanks partly to the excellent community forums and verbose documentation.
Given its simplicity and power, I would not be surprised if founders build entire products using Coda; it's just that flexible of a platform. And if you get stuck, their support team is ready and willing to share TONS of examples of how other product teams use Coda to solve your problems.

What do you dislike about the product?
Documentation, in general, is a tough business problem because it's only as good as the time you spend to create it and maintain it. While Coda can remove the walls between tools to truly centralize knowledge and prevent your team from recreating information to live in a different location, Coda's value to your org will depend heavily on whether your team leans into exploiting that capability. Since there are so many ways to approach solving a specific problem (like portfolio/project roadmap management) within Coda, it can be overwhelming to understand the "correct" way to do something.
Performance can also be a concern. As you continue to leverage more and more packs, integrations, two-way sync tables, and more, you'll find the experience to be a bit slower and a bit more error-prone. In fact, our team can't use Coda on our mobile devices because of our doc size and complexity. That said, if you are encountering these issues, your adoption is so significant that you are easily achieving a substantial ROI, which could be more good than bad.

2. Initiatives roadmap - contains all the low-level tasks with assigned responsible people
3. Customer interviews database - contains a list of interviewed clients with their notes and the status of the interview
4. Product Requirements Documents - all the templates are stored in Coda and reuse for new tasks
5. Product Documentation - all the product description is stored in Coda

Easy to use knowledge repository
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to connect various data sources such as Miro, Sheets, Docs, into the platform. You can either link them or have them directly embedded without forcing users to have to login to a different platform.
There are some really interesting automations that you can setup to ensure that to-do's across all meeting notes are clear and on full display so the little details and follow-ups don't fall through the cracks.

What do you dislike about the product?
The search functionality and folder structure to find other "docs" is a little unclear at this point to me. Perhaps that is user error and not an issue with the platform.
Currently, permissioning is done at a document level and not at a page level. This is a solveable problem, but it's an annoyance.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowledge management. We are trying to use it as a repository of information so things don't get lost within all of our Google Drive foldes.
