My heart is divided between Coda and my other fave

Super flexible

What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not a huge fan of the navigation and it's my other fave that would win in that department.
I really wish the built-in automations were more robust and included more than just triggers and actions related to tables.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coda is used for internal knowledge sharing. Coda has in particular been an EXCELLENT center for management of our deep PMF research, helping me very efficiently connect between various databases while evaluating our data and making decisions. I will add that I'm really excited to see what happens next with Coda now that Grammarly has stepped in.
I have used this in my previous company, Game District, where we used it to document all the games

It is very flexible for presenting data and documentation, especially for dynamic games

I didn't feel anything like that to dislike in coda

It helps us document everything in the game, including animations, models, and game levels.

I like Coda because it's an all-in-one, customizable workspace that combines documents, spreadsheets, and apps. It offers interactive features, strong integrations with other tools, and supports real-time collaboration—making it ideal for organizing and automating team workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike Coda's steep learning curve, slower performance with large docs, limited offline access, higher pricing for advanced features, and a less polished mobile experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a data entry encoder, Coda helps by centralizing data, automating tasks, enabling real-time collaboration, offering customizable templates, and integrating with other tools—making work faster, more accurate, and organized.
A Good App to start with your document management
What do you like best about the product?
The fetures included in Pro version are sufficient for a user and they are really creative
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing be on the lower side, it feels they are charging 2x with compared to others
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As they have 30 days version history it is useful for me to refer to my earlier thoughts. The use of AI is also an added benifit for me. THe best feature is they have hidden pages which makes life eadsy for me.
Best organization tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love the visual organization that Code offer. It is easy to organize info and put them into a friendly structure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes is easy to create junk among your data. Mainly in the views that you create based on tables.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OKRs organization and documentation to share among my company. Also to share as Knowledge Base.
Powerful tool to shift your Knowledge Management
What do you like best about the product?
Coda has almost all the functionalities as notion at less than half the price. In notion, we had to purchase for all the users. As coda charges for doc makers only, it helped us cutting costs to 1/6th of what we were paying for notion.

Not a lot, It's a perfect for knowledge management

Coda keeps all of our knowledge base, meeting notes, product documentation in one place. It's quite easy to share the documentation in flick of a wrist.

I dislike the lack of cross-compatibility with industry standard markdown, which would have allowed me to do more.

It's is solving the problem of cloud synced sharable note taking and knowledge base. Helping make my life easier by ensuring everyone is on same page

Easy to document and collaborate in one single place, it has become our go to documentation platform.
It combines the functions of google docs/sheets etc and keeps them in one centralized document/place.
Customer support will help create or even share their documents with you to fit your needs.
Also only pay per doc maker, not per user.

Nothing I dislike about the product, just wish I knew some more coding to really take my docs to the next level

Coda has become essential in ensuring all company information/projects/ideas can be easily accessible and found in one centralized location.
Rather than use several different software types for what each team needs, Coda offers the flexibility and usefulness to be utilized for a variety of needs across a variety of teams.
